I like this lighting kit using it for video recording. It does work great and it’s versatile. Shooting at 1/50 and at F2.8, you need to set your ISO 800 to get proper exposure, a little bit too high for me, but it’s great for the money. Anything cheaper than this will probably be just regular lighting in your room.

This was really amazingly sturdy, simple and easy to setup. I’m using for my home photography and video projects. Lighting was bright and lighted the room really well.

Right out of the box…. One of the lights screws is stripped….unable to secure the umbrella.
Hopping I can get a replacement fron the vendor. I will change my review once my issue is resolved

Muy buen producto, me llegó completo, a tiempo y con todo lo indicado en la publicación. Solo un consejo: cuando instalen las sombrillas no aprieten mucho los tornillos que las sostienen o el metal de éstas comienza a abollarse un poco. Fuera de ahí, todo excelente.

I’m happy with my purchase. When going from no lights to these ones, it makes a big difference in your shots. The stands are nice and sturdy and the bulbs seem to light the shot adiquately.
I would highly recommend for the price.

I am using this for photography of restoration projects (ie photos, sign). I needed something that would give even light and is larger than a flat bed scanner. Also I needed a portable system as some clients do not like to remove the photos from their premises. This set was perfect. The umbellas are the correct size for this type of work (they do not need to be large). I had one minor issue with a set screw, the customer service rep was quick to remedy the problem, so I felt they deserved the 5 star rating – not everything is perfect, they were quick to make sure it was!

This set is a professional home studio!
With 3 easy to assemble (10 minutes) tripods, one for your desktop and and two tall ones for sides – floor tripods.
I would have likely paid three times the cost and considered this a great buy!
If you have the space look no further – you will love your professional Zoom or Team appearance..

Not the strudier, but not the heavier! It holds in place not recommended for outdoors unless you ou weights on it though! Does the job, overall good quality for the low price light are bright.. it is not meant to be kept unfolded though.. the metal bones of the umbrellas gets weaker if you let them open for weeks.. dont do like me 😉

This is my first lighting kit, mostly for video work and it is very good value for the money, very easy to set up and use. very light for easy transport as well May not be the most durable solution but for me a perfect introduction into “real” lighting
