I bought this for my son so he can use it for online learning and of course, to play some video games. Though the description of the product said it’ll come with a VGA port, when delivered the VGA port was not there, but instead it has a HDMI port. I reported it to customer service and promptly they offered a partial refund with an amount that’s enough for me to buy a decent HDMI cable. I accepted the offer, and got the partial refund right away. Device itself works great, and my son is enjoying it.

No tiene la letra Ñ, y se marcan los dedos sobre todo el equipo, se notan exageradamente mucho las huellas de los dedos, tiene una batería excelente, un gran rendimiento, excelente disco ssd, y es muy veloz. Buen precio por su velocidad y desempeño.

Lo importante para mí eran las características técnicas en rendimiento y potencia y eso lo cumple pero me dejó un poco a desear porque no es la misma de la imagen y venía con un plástico para cubrir ciertos rayones. Por el precio quedo satisfecho con la compra.

los detalles, al encenderla la pantalla tiene un rasgon horizontal que solo se ve encendida, apagada no se ve nada. en la parte de la ventilacion de abajo viene rota. es una decepcion esperar por una lap q la pantalla no viene en correcto funcionamiento.

Compre esta artículo como una oportunidad, a 12 meses sin intereses, hace menos de un año, a los 7 meses fallo, dejo de funcionar, para esas fechas ya perdió la garantía, sigo pagando esta computadora y ya no funciona, la reparación me cuesta la mitad de lo que pague por ella. Muy mala inversión, es un albur comprar artículos electrónicos reconstruidos. NO recomiendo a este proveedor, es un engaño.
