Gotten a lot of compliments on the looks of the kettle. It comes in a stylish matte black finish thats pretty durable, no scratches so far in 1~2 weeks of usage.
Super easy to use, just select a temperature and it’ll beep once its ready. You can also set the hold temp button and itll keep it steady at that temp till you’re ready to pour.
I only use it for coffee pour overs and tea.

We had this kettle for just underb2 weeks before it bit the dust. We used it everyday but that should not matter. We plugged it into every outlet in our home and it won’t turn on. Worked great for that week and a half, but will not purchase Cosori again.

We’ve had this kettle for about four months, and really enjoy the features. The temperature selection brings out the best flavour in our tea & coffee. It’s easy to clean, and still looks brand new inside and out. I had to contact the company because a few days ago, the kettle’s base stopped beeping when the desired temperature was reached. I must have accidentally shut off the sound (turns out pressing the Hold Temp button for eight or so seconds turns the feature on/off), and they got back to me quickly. Great product and customer service.

It’s early but the product quality and function seem good so far. Of course this is a relatively expensive pot, so expectations are high.
Concern 1. The metal electrical connection at the base of the pot is exposed – it consists of concentric metal circles which mate with the plastic base. The owner’s manual states that the connection should be kept dry. Other pots have a kettle-to-base connection that is plastic-to-plastic which, perhaps, is a better design.
Concern 2. This kettle is packaged with a lot of styrofoam. Please stop using this material. There are other inexpensive alternatives (like recycled cardboard packing). Styrofoam is not recyclable, it is damaging our oceans and marine life, and it is toxic. It should be banned.
3/2 MONTH ADDENDUM
1. The instructions for this pot say dry after each use and descale weekly.
2. Despite following instructions, after one month the lid began rusting around the vent holes. A replacement lid began rusting after only one week.
3. The junction of the black outer coating and the inner “stainless” coating is starting to flake and appears ragged.
4. Despite following instructions, brown spots have developed over the bottom of the pot. Descaling and vigorous rubbing with a mild abrasive pad do not remove them. I cannot verify that they are rust but thats what it looks like to me. Apparently the spots lie over the heating elements.
This is the highest maintenance pot I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned many. No pot to simply boil water should need to be dried and descaled this often. And worse yet, rust and material degradation are cropping up after only a few weeks of use. This pot should last years but it won’t.
For the price, build and material quality are very low.

Je l’adore, tout simplement! Beau design, bonne dimension et qui se fond très bien dans un décor. La conception du bec verseur évite les débordements et les brûlures. Il fonctionne très bien. Les différents degré de chaleur conviennent très bien à un amateur de thé varié. Le réchaud est réellement un avantage. Le seul inconvénient est que le couvercle est légèrement difficile à retirer car il frotte métal sur métal. Malgré cela, c’est un très très bon achat.

It’s not a little teapot. It’s not short and stout.
It’s a decent size. It’s tall, bell-shaped and the gooseneck is perfect for doing the pour over method of making coffee.
There are buttons for making specific things like green tea, black tea, coffee, etc. That is such a nice, convenient thing which makes life easier. There’s even a button which keeps the water at a certain temperature.
It’s got a weird metallic smell out of the box, but that’s normal. I filled it up with water and boiled it a few times. I even used lemon juice and baking soda and the smell was gone.
It’s a legit kettle. Get it.

I used to have a ‘normal’ (aka non-gooseneck) electric kettle with 10-degree adjustments for the temperature, and I like this one a lot more. Not only does it look really good, but the buttons make it so much easier to choose a temprature. Very sturdy and now I’ve got a lot of control over the pour. I thought maybe the gooseneck would make the pour speed too slow, but it’s been perfect. It looks amazing as well, money well-spent!

Only had a week but so far so good. Not cheap but ticks a lot of boxes for me – easy to pour gooseneck design, stainless steel interior with no plastic, multiple temperature settings, fast, auto shut off and reasonably quiet.

Tengo casi 3 meses de usar esta tetera eléctrica y no tengo queja alguna. Es muy conveniente que tenga programadas las temperaturas para hacer té. El cuello de cisne es muy cómodo para verter el agua. El té ciertamente sabe distinto cuando es elaborado con la temperatura correcta.

This style kettle is very on trend with influencers and creators these days. So, when my old electric kettle keeled over, I went in search of a gooseneck like it. I didn’t want to pay $200+ on the name brand offering, so I went with this slightly cheaper choice. I say slightly, because at $94 + tax, this isn’t exactly cheap.
It works great, though I feel as if the temp settings are slightly off in that with my old kettle the water was hotter at the same temp settings. Not sure if my old one was too hot or this one is too cold. The keep warm setting seems nice, though Ive never used it.
It beeps when it’s finished, but not obnoxiously loud.
I appreciate that it is much easier to clean than my old kettle, due to a wider opening.
The base takes up more room on my countertop than my old kettle.
Overall, it’s a nice kettle, but I think you can get something that works just as well for much less money. Unless you are doing pour over coffee, which these kettles are excellent for, I think getting a cheaper kettle would serve you well.
