This gel worked exactly as advertised the first time we used it. The second time, the consistency changed and became a goopy liquid. My daughter tried to clean her keyboard with it now it’s a slimy mess! It’s too liquid to pick up. We’re trying to drain it out by inverting it on a baking rack over a towel, but it may be a lost cause. NOT happy!

This worked pretty good for cleaning my mechanical keyboard with textured PBT keycaps when I first got it.
Unfortunately, after 4 months of sitting on my home-office desk (temperature controlled basement office, range 65-72F), I pulled it out during a video-chat meeting only to have it spill all over my hands and keyboards in a wet gooey mess. The bulk of the substance had turned into the texture and stickiness of maple syrup. I had to immediately unplug my keyboard, mute the call, and run to get a towel (which later had to be thrown out).
My keyboard is fine after an hour spent removing the keycaps and carefully cleaning under them, but I would never recommend this product for anything but a single one-time use.

I purchased this to clean the silicone electronics mat on my workbench. I also tested it in my car. Total use so far is 4 times(see picture) Pros: Its not too sticky. It does not leave a residue. There is no odor. It does a really good job of cleaning up dust, crumbs, hair, Etc.
Cons: It can not be cleaned out and will eventually become saturated with the stuff you clean up(somewhat disgusting). The length of usefulness depends on how much cleaning you do. It will eventually have to be disposed of.

I bought this product after seeing it used on YouTube. One of the keys on my lap top was sticking. The gel did the trick. However, not long afterwards, my laptop had a serious problem and had to go away for a repair. The keyboard had to be replaced on a two-year old laptop. Not sure whether using the gel caused this, but I am loathed to use it for cleaning my keyboards again.

Also , people turned up missing in the neighborhood. a Week later, the glob was the size of a house , and more people in my town were missing. I think it was just a coincidence, but because this thing grows and grows the value can’t be beat.

Maybe i expected a little bit to much out of this product. Just for context i have a gaming keyboard. My keyboard does feel like i just cleaned all the keys with rubbing alcohol. However small ammounts of slime got stuck to my keyboard in little nooks i cant reach. However It does clean well not amazing. Im assuming if you just bought a brand new keyboard and want to keep it clean this should help you maintain it but ive neglected my keyboard for 2 years so this product doesnt help me out alot in my situation.

Sounds great in theory, but this thing is a hot “blobby” mess. I took it out as carefully as possible and it ripped right off. I tested it on both a dirty keyboard and a dusty one, and it didn’t pick up either. Use a damp towl and wash your hands until this gets better.
