Il ramasse très bien ce qui est devant vous…mais ne ramasse pas le long du mur.
Comme je ne trouve plus le modèle électrique que j’avais auparavant, j’ai fait une tentative avec celui-ci car les commentaires étaient bons. Toutefois si je ne peux ramasser le long des murs ou les côtés de l’ilôt, je ne crois pas le garder. Je le donnerai.
Mais il fait bien le travail comme je disais p/r à ce qui est devant vous. Il se manie très bien, il ramasse la poussière , les petites et grosses miettes. Nettoie bien le tapis de l’entrée.

Pretty much fell apart after 3-4 months. The handle bar is flimsy and the roller bar popped out.
Tried to keep it as long as we could, but eventually we couldnt get the rollers into place anymore.
We only used this for 2 bedrooms.

They need to make the handle twice as thick as it is. Very flimsy. I get they want to be able to have it light weight for shipping and have it unscrew for size considerations but they absolutely need to beef it up. You feel like you’re pushing it around with a twig. Other thing is it creates static and the carpet fibres stick to the top side so I’m done and I empty it I take a wet paper towel and wipe off the top as I found it held a lot of fibres. It does an excellent job of picking up and I love that I don’t have to lug out the corded vacuum as often.

Not your grandmother’s Bissell carpet sweeper. The size and colour are definitely modern, but it works just like my grandmother’s old Bissell. I have two black cats and a pale pineapple coloured carpet on the stairs and living room. The carpet predated black cat adoption month. This little machine picks up grit from the tidy that a broom won’t get, and it picks up the cat fur that makes my carpet look more tweed than solid by mid-week. It is lightweight, fits almost flat to get under the sofa, and empties easily into the skinny Umbra waste bins I like. It works well on both cut pile carpet and flat hooked runners, and on vinyl tile. I’m going to buy another one for upstairs (4 level house) I love the lime/bug green colour which is so much better than the maroon the ancient ones came in.

For quick cleaning, this does the job. No hunting for a vacuum cleaner and finding the electrical plug. No need to bend or stoop on hands and knees with a traditional brush and pan.
Bissell has been around a long time and we can see why. Now that we are getting older we remember what our parents and grandparents used to clean and sweep quickly. And we know why! Our backs now say Ouch when we crouch. With this sweeper you wont have to.
It works for us and we are very pleased with it.

Had to replace the “Short” handle to accommodate my size. I used a 1″ dowel 4 feet long which allows the perfect angle to transmit energy in pushing this. I have psoriasis and needed something to clean up my carpet between vacuuming’s. What amazed me was the amount it picked up…and left the carpet cleaner than the vacuum did.
Also, found dust bunnies in the trap that I did not expect. What’s more, it works equally well on bare floors too. There are 2 trap pans that both need emptying after use to avoid spilling any garbage collected.
Solid construction. I will likely leave this to my posterity it is so well made. I highly recommend it, and it is worth every cent.

We are so pleased with this sweeper. We used one at a function and decided to look for one. We can not believe how much this picks up on carpet with no power. It’s incredible. We are shocked every time we go over the carpets. We have a good central vacuum, but this is so easy and quick and effective picking up. The only complaint is that the handle seems a bit flimsy, and it may be a tad difficult to push over thick carpet. But the unit works incredibly good, considering it is only manual power. It picks up so much hair and lint. So if you have someone in the house with long hair you will have to check the brush after every use as that darn long hair gets wrapped so tight in any rotating brush.

This product is absolute garbage! The handle broke not even a week after using this product and I only have two, YES TWO!!! small area rugs it was used on (so not excessive overuse). The sweeper itself is just ok. I’m very dissatisfied with this manual sweeper.
