Strong. Simple. Durable.
I don’t have to keep changing the position nor have to go through the hassle of screwing/unscrewing everytime i have it change the position.
In fact, i change it once and it stays like that until i change it again.

Been using for several months. Prop my phone up while working (both at office building and during remote work-from-home since March). Excellent, sturdy product. Has good tilt range. Pick up and use in various locations throughout the house. Great for catching incoming texts or when selecting music from playlists. Definitely recommend.

The device is all-metal and very solidly constructed, has a sturdy hinge that doesn’t buckle under the weight of a device, and is, overall, quite well-made. Design-wise, it fits well with many of the more common designs you see out there (powerbooks/iMacs, Surface devices, etc.) and is right at home with a lot of equipment you may have already on your desk (Surface Dial, Magic Touchpad, etc.)
There are two main gripes I have with the device, though, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. First, if you want to plug your charging cable in and have your phone upright, you may need a cable whose head is flexible enough or short enough that it can get under the device, or else that you lean the device such that your cable can get underneath. I got some sturdy Anker charging cables (as the cheaper cables tended to fray) and while those are great, they’ve got too large a head for me to be able to stand my phone up anywhere below about a 135° angle from the table. I’ve attached two photos – the first showing it with a significant lean, the second with a more ‘natural’ lean for viewing from where I’m sitting, etc., and you can see the cable pushes the device out of the cradle.
The second issue is that the stand doesn’t have any sort of silicone or rubber backing where the phone touches the cradle. Since the device is made out of metal, this can end up scratching your device somewhat – if you have a case that’s already got some nicks and scratches (like mine does), no problem. But if you have a pristine device, you might want to think about placing your phone in this stand without something to protect it, first.
Overall, I’d certainly say this is a well-made stand, but there was a similar Omoton device that I got for my wife which was just as well built, had a bit better clearance between the cradle and the base (although still suffered with my cables – just not as bad), and it had a backing pad that was softer on her phone. Since it was only $1 CAD more than the AmazonBasics stand, I’d probably get the Omoton if buying another one going forward.

It is what it is a mobile phone stand but sturdy looks good aluminium lightweight what more do you want for £7. there could be better cheaper but it came next day can’t argue at that it does exactly what I need it to do, with phone standing upright or side on for watching Amazon movies.

The stand is easy to adjust and is wide enough to hold most phones vertically or horizontally, but at lower inclines it can be top heavy and fall over depending on the weight of the phone. This tends to happen more on an uneven/textured surface, so works best on a completely flat surface. The fact that it has the hole in the back to allow a cable to pass through is useful, as it helps keep things tidy. Overall, not bad for the money.

I love this phone holder! Best one I ever purchased for my desk. Can accommodate any phone size (with various covers/case thickness), has a nice base that sticks to the desk and doesn’t slide easily, solidly made and the hinge is perfect for moving any at any angle and it holds it there very well. Bottom has open access for charging, wired headphone etc. Nice minimal sleek design too.

The overall quality build of the stand is great, my only disappointment with it is that when having the headphones connected or charging my phone (iPhone 7) there isn’t enough space between the base and the wire so the angle of the stand can’t be adjusted. Otherwise if the phone is not connected to anything the range of motion for adjusting the angle is very solid.

I was looking for a phone stand with slick design for my office desk.
Small yet strong enough it supports my 9 inch Ipad too.
The swivel part is strong enough it supports the weight of my Ipad.
The coating on the material is well bonded to the metal, it does not come off. even tried to scratch it with my key a little bit and nothing came off.
In general i do recommend this product for personnel or professional use.

This stand has revolutionized my use of my phone. I love it. I used to have a case with a little thing you could pull out to make it stand, but it always felt precarious, and would often fall over, if I could get it to stand properly in the first place. This one is solid, steady, heavy in a good way, I can put it on a mattress or an uneven pile of papers (within limits, of course), and not feel like it’ll topple over. The non-slip surfaces underneath the stand and where the phone rests keep everything in place nicely. The angle is easily adjustable so I can watch it while cooking or while lying on the floor doing physio. This is a product I’m way more excited about than I expected, especially for such an apparently simple design.

My mother in law says F’n A++.
Bought for her so she didn’t have to hold her devices, works great with her Android phone, Iphone & Ipad, all at a price that couldn’t be beat. Would definitely purchase again.

Well made and does the job. As others have said if you are charging there’s not much room for the cable unless you tilt the stand back

Our phone sets and fits easily into the cradle. The hinged feature makes it easy to adjust the angle for viewing our phone in hands free mode. There’s also a gap at the base, so the cradle doesn’t interfere with the phone’s charging cable when it’s plugged in. The base also has a rubber coating/pad instead of suction cups, making it easy to move around.

I ordered adjustable one with a hinge on the top section shown in the product image and description. But I have received the non-adjustable which is ₹150 cheaper than this.
