We are repeat customers – this is the second purchase.
The price is good, we purchased from this seller in the past, these stools are very easy to assemble. My kids 12 & 15 yrs old were able to do this all by themselves.
1st shipment – the solid wood pieces on the top of the stool is scratched slightly but it’s not a big deal as we will be using them a lot. We love the color as it matches our house. We purchased two more of the same stools and we were SHOCKED when we opened the box!!
2nd shipment – the solid wood pieces on the top of these two new stool are both dented or gauged. We hate to complain but the quality is substandard and is unacceptable. See attached photos and you will see what i mean. We should not have purchased these stools. We will be asking for a refund/compensation/exchange.

I recently moved into a tiny condo and I need to maximize space and storage wherever I can! These stools were the perfect addition to my kitchen island. At first, I was worried about these as some reviews said that the wood was damaged or missing pieces, but that was not the case! The package arrived quickly and it took me about 20 min to set up both chairs. They are very sturdy and the metal piece that sits on the footrest is a nice touch! They are priced very well compared to everywhere else that I was looking. The wood is high quality and it even comes with the sliding pads that fit perfectly under each leg. For a wood slab, they are also pretty comfortable and my guests enjoy sitting on them. If you are looking for stools to fit under an island or bar, these are the perfect height! They do not look like I paid $70 for both of them.

They seem really sturdy, there’s a nice weight to the chairs and I like how they look. Great height for my kitchen table and the wood looks good. Everything in the box (Wood pieces, bags of screws etc) was covered in dirt. Not sure if that’s from shipping? The chairs were well packed.

They are not sturdy ..weightless wood …Iam not sure if they withstand long term ..colouring in wood is not properly done …the price is very high for this quality …we will very good stools for half of the price of these stools locally in Hyderabad …don’t buy them

It is sturdy and looks good.
The steel rods provided on the foot rest are very convenient and simple and effective design update balancing the weight in the process.
IT is not super light so tugging it along across places can be a pain. But if the stool stays at the same place it is super effective and looks good !

Edge of leg on corner was split and my husband cut his finger on it. Luckily it wasnt my little nephew with autism who was waiting to use stool. Also therevare little white specks everywhere but if u color in with mark its ok for this price. The dangerous split in wood..not good.

This was fairly easy to assemble. It’s half sturdy, I can see this becoming loose in a few weeks. But these are so uncomfortable. The edges are sharp and cut blood flow in your legs. I get numb after a few minutes.
Sadly, half the wood plugs they provide to cover the screw holes are too small, and just go right through. These will be impossible to remove should I need to tighten the screws again.
Would definitly not buy again.

Nice looking stools. Fairly comfortable for short sits. Good height for the counter/island. Be careful when tightening the screws. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN. I cracked one of the cross members by giving that extra little twist. Luckily it doesn’t weaken the stool too much.

We ordered two sets of these stools (Both 24’ in white). The first set is perfect. Good value for your money and exactly what we were looking for.
The second set, not at all. One of the seats has a crack in it. In another spot the wood is showing through. The worst though is that the seat had several defects and it looks like someone tried to patch/fill it. It was poorly done though so it’s very obvious. The ones we received should never have been shipped, the need to do quality control to get a more consistent product.

Very good value. Relatively easy to assemble as long as you remember not to tighten all the fasteners until it is fully assembled. Then go around and snug up the fasteners. I had my own T-handle hex wrench which makes life much easier than the supplied wrench. The edges of the seats are not rounded well so comfortable long term seating may be an issue. Good for a quick sit down. They look nice and for the price they can’t be beat. Nice metal wear bar on the cross brace that would see feet resting on it.
I intend to sand the edges of the seats to smooth once they are worn and need a paint job. The material costs must equal price let alone delivered to the door.
