– Very fast Latest intel mobile CPU.. they’ve finally solved the speed issue that plagued low-middle end consumer laptops
– Large Hard drive (256GB SSD would be better.. but for the money, this works)
– Touch-screen
– High Res 1080p screen
– Back lit keyboard
– Finger print reader
– Beautiful appearance
Setup is very annoying, but worth going through the hassle for the price.
Overall, This is a great buy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a laptop right now.

Ever since Day 1 it has consistently flucuated from 0-100% Disk Usage and it has caused me nothing but grief. i would not recommend buy a laptop from them again.

Got this for $699 brand new – what a great deal. Love it. Excellent resolution, back lit key board, lost of storage and speed. Great set-up help. I had to pay to get Microsoft programs added but that is to be expected. Its great. Fast delivery. Very pleased.

I have always been a dell customer and 100% happy with every product I have gotten from them, But this laptop is not quite what I expected. It freezes up at least once every other time I turn it on. The screen flickers before it freezes then I have to do a hard boot to get it going.
UPDATE: I have changed my star rating because all it needed was Bios updated:) Am now happy with my laptop and will continue to be a Loyal Dell fan!

There is an incorrect statement of the description: it does not have USB Type-C port; all it has is 1x SD card reader, 1x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.1, 1x HDMI, 1x audio jack, and 1x ethernet jack. see image and details from Dell official website (new-inspiron-15-5000/inspiron-15-5570-laptop)
Softwarewise: it does not come along with the 1 year McAfee anti-virus and MS Office 30 day trial as compared to the one purchase directly from Dell.
It does have the 1 year limited warranty.
It is not a gaming laptop, it does not have the standalone GPU. Therefore, do not expect to have a high fps while running a 3D simulation or shooting game on this machine. With its i5 core which clocks at 3.4 GHz, it does not have the superior computing power either. It would be a good laptop for daily use (i.e. web browsing, downloading, streaming) or light business use (i.e. documentation, bookkeeping, presenting)

Very very disappointed with this laptop! Purchased 3 days ago and it is not working! Taking 25 minutes to start up! To open internet explorer it is taking 25 minutes! What should I do with this laptop? Making customers fool!

I bought this piece from GWCE Inc. six months ago. Laptop works very slow. Take long to start up and copy files. I asked the dealer to replace the piece but they showed me rule book and told me that can not replace/refund the item because I asked after a month. Now I am stuck with a faulty laptop for which I paid 750 CAD.
