Not easy to assemble. Instructions are made by a 3 year old with basic English / drawing skills.
Not sturdy at all.. take a look at the photos attached to the review. The second we shut the top lid the thing falls apart. This ripped off the hinges and screws tearing apart the inside of the unit so we can’t even attempt to repair it.
Cant even return due to it being built .. extremely big waste of time and money . Better off just buying a cardboard box to store stuff. Would be of higher quality.

This storage box is sturdy and attractive. It went together easily and quickly. I did not use the slow-close hardware, as I read other reviews where people had trouble with it. I cut a hole in one end so I could use it as a kitty litter enclosure, and it has worked out even better than I hoped.

Great company to shop from!! I bought this as toy chest for my son’s room. Right after I finished putting it together the lid broke. The screws pulled right out of the top, big chunk of wood and all. I super glued it together and it held for a while but a couple months later it broke again. I was upset, but the company replaced it for me at no charge! I’m a very happy consumer.

Very disappointed in this product. The very first time we shut it after assembling this item, the hinges were too stiff and it ripped part of the interior off.

I bought this as a DIY litter box cabinet and it’s fantastic. Assembly was straight forward and the box itself is very sturdy. All we had to do was cut a hole for our cat’s entryway. It fit a 15″ litter box perfectly.
The best thing about this product is the lid, which has amazing hinges that make it so the lid never slams shut. This makes cleaning our litter box and absolute breeze in our small apartment hallway. I definitely rexcomend this!

VERY pleased. Arrived on time as ordered. Good size chest, holds lots, brilliant white. the Philips screwdriver required for the installation of the hinges was not included, however. Was caught off guard there because everything else was bang on!

Using this as a toy chest, holds a decent amount of my daughter’s stuffed animals. Was super easy to assemble and looks great in her bedroom. Love that the top holds open so I know it’s safe for my daughter to get in and out of it on her own.

We bought this toy box about 6 months ago, at first I was happy with it and impressed by the quality. A few weeks later, some of my kids’ rubber/latex balls started having weird spots on them and we couldn’t quite figure out why (photos included). I finally emptied the toy box and figured it out.
If you look at the photos, you will see multiple types of rubber/latex ball having chemical reactions with the color coating used on the storage box. In one of the pictures, you can see what it looks like when I take my fingernail to it. The circle spots in the pictures are basically permanently sticky now, and scrape off with your fingernail, taking off the entire coating and all the color with it.
This is a little concerning to me, it puts to question what the chemicals are that is coming off onto the toys. Why would such a common everyday toy have such an extreme chemical reaction with the color coating used on this box?
TLDR; Be careful which types of items you put inside this box. Stuffed animals should be good (unless they have latex/rubber on them). Balls and other latex/rubbers are not OK.

We were very surprised with how easy this assembled – product is great quality (better than ikea). It looks great, and an excellent size. This is a perfect laundry basket option in our bathroom – matches our white California shutters and creates a clean look!

Arrived in good shape with no damage for relatively thin packaging. Assembled per instructions and it appears corners are not cut correctly and it puts pressure on boards causing cracking. I did not overtighten joints when assembling because it’s thin wood and won’t withstand any torque. Ok for price, but cracks from boards not only detract from reliability but also look bad.
