I have spinal osteoporosis and I would give this amazing high quality foam cushion 10 stars if I could. It takes the pressure off my spine and eases the pain in my back and hips significantly. I love it so much that I bought the back support cushion to go with it. If I was going to say anything negative it would be that the cover material is like a magnet for lint and dog hair. I just take a lint roller with me when I take it anywhere.

J’ai commandé ce coussin parce que je suis atteinte de discarthrose lombaire multi-étagée et que j’ai souffert récemment de plusieurs hernies lombaires simultanées avec pincements des nerfs sciatique et crural qui me causaient de très grandes douleurs au dos, aux muscles fessiers et à toute la jambe gauche, je ne pouvais plus me porter sur mes fesses si je m’assoyais sur une chaise droite. I broke my back years ago and can’t sit on hard surfaces. I ordered this seat for camping and I’m pleased that it is really solid and the material wears well. It seems to support me where I need it, and my hips bones don’t sink through it to the chair. Perfect for picnic tables, stadium seats, or anywhere with uncomfortable hard seats (it wouldn’t fit into a cute purse though). Shipped incredibly quickly.

I have been using the seat pillow for 2 weeks now, and it has done what it advertises. It has reduced pain, held up up well, and maintained it’s shape. Given I am not sitting on it all day, which may impact the wear and tear, it still has provided an increase in support and comfort, and has help reduce my dull sciatica pain when having to sit for extended periods of time.

Was hoping for some nice cushion for my behind and help my back as well. Didn’t even think that this thing might be a pain in the crotch! Had to take it out of its cover and undo the inner seam to get at the foam and then hacked off the offending hump. Really? Who thought putting a a boulder there was a good idea. Once flattened out the cushion was much better. Guys, think twice when you’re wondering whether to buy this or not.

I bought it less than a month ago and it is unfortunatly already kinda flat. I’m not especially heavy, around 160lb. I’m working 8hours a day on it. Maybe it’s better on shorter period of time. The support was great at first, but now it’s just like before when I didn’t have it. Anyway, returning it.

I have a sensitive tail bone due to a past injury and find sitting for longer periods of time to be uncomfortable, especially on long car/plane rides so was looking for a product I could take with me on planes and automobiles. I really like this product and find it very comfortable to sit on. I bought this cushion because the chair I have at work isn’t comfortable. Comes folded in half, inside a clear plastic bag. Once you unfold it, it doesn’t take long for the ‘fold’ to come out. No product box (except for the shipping). Soft touch black fabric cover feels nice to the tough and it’s surprisingly heavy. Weight and texture very similar to a memory foam pillow on your bed.
What I like
– Quality memory foam that holds it shape and springs back when not under pressure
– Washable cover
– The shape allows for your tailbone to drop into the pillow and sit in a more natural position
– Nice cheek grooves so you feel like you’re enveloped into a cloud!
What I dislike
– Nothing
I would definitely buy this again, it’s perfect for anyone in an office who spends a lot of time at a desk. You may find it helpful if you suffer from lower back fatigue.

On a long and uncomfortable flight to Hawaii I managed to mess my back and tail bone really bad. I even paid to have a professional massage done because seating was impossibly painful and I work either driving around all day or in my home office. Nothing seemed to help. I considered getting one of those doughnuts cushions for people with “hemorrhoid problems” but was too embarrassed to go to Walgreens looking for one. That’s how I ended up here, looking for some relief. This stuff is magical, like seating on the back of a unicorn while coming down a rainbow. I sat down on it and all the pressure points were not giving me any issues, was able to drive out of state the next day NO PROBLEM. Outstanding quality, doesn’t just squish down when you sit on it. The one issue is, you’ll be pretty high up if you plan on using it in the car, but not a deal breaker compared to my coccyx not killing me and having shooting pain up my lag and back. BUY IT! The cover is also removable and washable.

My lower back and tailbone have been hurting lately for a month. I’m not sure if it is my bed (which is about a year old), my work which requires me to lift heavy items (which will not be an issue as I’m leaving soon), my 26lb terrier who pulls like a horse when we go on walks, or the fact that I drive a Mustang (sports seating). Since I have gotten this item, I use it for the car, and my desk at home. I have noticed a significant difference! My pain has lessened (with some ibuprofen to help as well). I will probably order another one so I don’t have to keep moving this one from the car to the computer desk. THANK YOU!
