I was a little concerned after reading the negative reviews, but was confident I could get it to work after reading other reviewers’ fixes. As it turns out, just two thin layers of electrical tape around the top of the stem which inserts into the tabletop was all it took to securely fit the two pieces together. No wobbling and as sturdy as a single pedestal table can be now, and it looks good with the four pub height chairs we already had.

So I was reading the reviews AFTER I ordered the table. People were making me nervous with the “top doesn’t stay on” or “top is wobbling”. Guys donr panic!!! My husband opened the box and said it’s a Press Fit design. Essentially you have to press the stand into the top. He lightly hammered the table leg while it was upside down on the hard tile floor. Does budge and looks great. Perfect for 2 people. Would definitely buy again as long as my husband’s around haha

Very disappointed how small the top is, it is not very sturdy on the floor.

The table has some imperfections on the wood. The top platform is just placed on the pole stand which is not bolted in and wobbles whenever there is too much weight on one side. The top is not stable or secure.

I love this bistro table and am using this in my kitchen with 2 bar stools I previously had that fit perfectly.
I sit at my special spot for meals and to read near my kitchen window.
This product was so easy to put together and arrived in excellent condition.

My boyfriend and I live and Hawai’i and let me tell you how difficult it is to shop for furniture! Not only are we restricted to limited amount of furniture stores but because of shipping, furniture prices here are outrageous! I’m so glad Amazon is around bc we found just what we were looking for! Not only was it prefect but the price is so affordable! We’re completely I love with our table and how it perfectly matches the stools we also bought on amazon! Table is just as pictured, size is exact and install was super easy. You can put this table together in under 10mins without needed tools. It’s super sturdy and color is beautiful. Came in perfect condition.

It works and it’s the right height, but it constantly wobbles. I found that even the table top will wobble separately from the rest of the table sometimes. You can eat no problem, but it wobbles and moves when you put your elbows on it.

Came with scratches and is very wobbly but its a cute table. If i hold the top to move it, it comes off, and the middle isn’t secure in the base. I cannot push it down further. I don’t like this!
