There are 2 main issues with this product:
    1. It leaks under water dispenser.
Here is how I fixed in 5 minutes:
    – Take out the cover, upright reservoir and filter.
    – Empty the filtered water from inside the tank.
    – Use a small screwdriver to take out the white gasket from inside the tank.
    – Remove the dispenser button.
    – Fill with your finger around the small whole if there is plastic residue left during the plastic molding.
If it is, then tale a sharp cutter and slide it around the whole until you don’t feel any extra plastic when you touch the area.
    – Insert back the dispenser button and push the white gasket until is locked in place.
    – Clean the interior from any debris.
    – You’re done.

    2. Small plastic particles are present during the first 3 tank water filtration:
Just don’t use the first 3-4 tank filtered water.

Flavour is just fine but the tap to pour water into glass or a jug is really narrow and very well underneath. It’s really difficult to pour water and for most of the time water spills on the floor

Overall, compared to other water filter pitchers, the filtering is slower which is better as the filter is bigger than others.

    Pro:
    1. Water tastes better and TDS is zero based on the TDS measure coming with the pitcher.
    2. It fits in a regular fridge.
    3. Reasonable price.

    Cons:
    1. The pitcher is slowly leaking.
    2. It is not convenient if you want to pour to a kettle or coffee maker.

Water is good that comes out but the large cartridges last only two weeks in our house

I’ve used a smaller zero water pitcher for over a year but wanted a bigger one going into the winter because I use it to fill up my humidifier. I cleaned the new one and then filled it up before bed. Unfortunately, when I woke up there was a huge puddle in my fridge that had ruined all my produce as well. So disappointed , and after researching the issue online it seems to be a common one with this particular model. You would think that after so many people having the same issue the company would fix it but clearly that hasn’t happened so returning it and I guess will have to stick with the smaller one. Sucks!

Excellent product. Cottage well water tastes markedly better. Excellent customer service. Sent a new meter when the original one missed a digit. ZeroWater: From 155 to zero, Britta: 155 to 145. Sent email when water did not drip through on first use. Response was to pour water directly into the filter and push in the sides to bubble the air out. Worked and never stopped for the past 3.5 months. Will buy one more for home.

Crystal clear clean chemical-free water filtration system for under $50 – world’s greatest kept secret!

Pardon the hyperbole, but I really do have difficulty containing my excitement and satisfaction with ZeroWater’s unassumingly super effective system.

The filters do an amazing/miraculous job of reducing TDS levels right down to 0, as promised.

I see some reviews have criticized the spiggot, so fingers crossed, my one doesn’t start leaking.

So far so far. Scratch that, so far, so perfect!

I’m a huge fan, ZeroWater. Can’t stop telling people about you!

P.S. Love the TDS tester too. That’s a great addition.

dumbest thing my husband ever ordered. its way to big for our fridge, so now it just sits on the counter, occasionally filled because who really likes room temperature water??? probably going to get sick of it on the counter real soon and donate it.
measure your space before you buy it.

I am very disappointed with the purchase of this water filer. We used it only for 20 days. After that
The taste of the water was terrible. I ended up having diarrhea. I would like to return this as soon as possible and get my full refund please. Thanks Bernadette

The taste of this water is ok, a little like DASANI, and my unit didn’t leak but 20 days after purchase suddenly the water started tasting incredibly sour. Like sour enough to make me feel ill. Product web page says this is a sign the filter is exhausted and needs replacing – considering my water is not sour coming out of the tap, this makes me wonder if something in the filter is doing this on purpose to “tell” you to change filters. And THOSE cost an arm and a leg – the company can’t ship to my area directly so I have to get them on Amazon etc. and the price is easily twice the cost of a Brita’s.
If the filters lasted longer this would be a good product but with the sour water issue it feels like a cash grab. If you live in a soft water area, you will likely have fewer issues, but if you live where the water is naturally hard I’d think perhaps another system.

I’ve only awarded four stars because the initial one I bought leaked from the faucet. However the saving grace is the customer service from this company. Without a quibble and after a photograph they replaced the jug. The replacement seems fine so far.
I’m happy with the effectiveness of water filtration. It really does remove ‘noxiuos odour and chemical tastes giving you purer pleasant clean water. When you test tap water then test the filtered water in the jug you will be surprised at the reading of tap water. It’s really quite amazing how unclean it is straight from the tap.
This product is good value for money if you can’t afford a whole house system.
