A été retourné, je croyais que je commandais un couteau neuf mais j’ai reçu un couteau usagé, il y avait même encore de la graisse près des lames, je comprends que vous vendez aussi des articles usagés, mais s.v.p. assurez-vous qu’ils sont propres.

Mi nombre es Carmen De La Torre Lopez y les compré un cuchillo y nunca me llego así es que no los recomiendo para nada les pague y me dieron factura y aún así no nos los mandaron la primera vez me dijeron que paquetería no había podido dejar el cuchillo porque estaba mal el número Hablé con una señorita y le dije que el domicilio era 1870 pero nunca me lo enviaron

Me dejé llevar por la marca, muy reconocida, de hecho tengo otros productos de la misma. Sin embargo, el cuchillo, no. Es muy pesado para usarlo, se calienta mucho y no corta bien. 😔 Lástima, estuve muy entusiasmada cuando lo vi anunciado y lo compré. No me funcionó.

We have only used the carving knife a few times but it is exactly what we were looking for. It is a good product and I am sure we will use it for many years to come.

After having the same electric knife for over 30 years (it lasted so much longer than my marriage), it was time to get a new one. I really wanted to like this but I found the handle to be much too large and uncomfortable to get a good grip on, and my hands are an average size. The deciding factor on returning it however, was the fact that the handle heated up to the point of hurting after only about 10 minutes of continuous cutting. It was the same issue on two different occasions so back in the box it went.

Bought knife Sept. 23/21. Used it 3 times. The 4th time, Oct. 24th/21, while slicing a roast, the electric knife stopped dead and quit working. Tried again and again but it has given up the ghost. I would not buy this product again, ever. Now I can’t even return it. The scheduled return date expired Oct.23/21. Quite handy that!!!

My husband enjoys using this knife. The only one thing he dislikes is the safety features. I know that sounds funny, but he is missing half of his index finger which makes it a little difficult for him to control the trigger. Otherwise he loves this knife

In keinen bild zeigt es einen Stromkabel. Habe gedacht Akku oder batteriebetrieben. Gerät schnell geliefert, leider mit Amerikanischen netz Kabel ohne jedlichen Adapter für Deutschland. Muss jetzt schauen wegen Adapter!!! Sehr enttäuscht!!! Im Beschreibung steht nichts wegen Strom 110/220 volt oder so.

El cuchillo es poco ergonómico, difícil se sostener mientras lo usas y con mango muy grande para las manos de mi esposa. Se quejó mucho y terminó con dolor de mano después de usarlo para cortar un pavo el 31 Dic. Tiene poca potencia en comparación con un Black & Decker que teníamos anteriormente.
No es un cuchillo muy recomendable.

This was a gift. We liked ours so much that we thought our son would appreciate having his own knife. HE LOVES IT! Assembles easily and washes in dishwasher, great washable storage case.

Worst electric knife I have ever used. Dull blades have a hard time starting a cut.
The trigger is a pull-back and it completely defeats the purpose of an electric knife. You have to pull it back hard to activate the knife. Used it twice and halfway through carving a turkey I gave up and used my regular kitchen knife. The second you get grease on your finger it’s almost impossible to use.

Very easy to use and did the job perfectly for our large Thanksgiving turkey!
I really like the extra knife that comes with it and the storage case. Great product for the very low price.
