I bought this with the intention of just wanting to make tea lattes at home because I couldn’t justify paying for London Fogs anymore. Well colour me impressed with speedy shipping, a great price (I wasn’t 100% convinced I was going to like using it so I didn’t want to pay very much) and an insanely easy set up! You literally put one of two whisk spinners in the container part, plug in and go! I rinsed mine, plugged it in, filled it with regular 1% milk and boiled some earl grey. From start to finish was maybe three or four minutes (from opening box to drink) and I had a tea latte that was absolutely satisfying and had me thinking I wouldn’t bother with STARBUCKS at all. I don’t use the frothy whisk much except for fancy hot chocolate (which is great with the heated frothy milk) but rather the little spinner (which is tiny so do be careful to put back into the canister after wiping down, I imagine it’d be easy to lose) i rinse and wipe my secura after each use, honestly it takes like 30 seconds to do so and if left beyond that one use the canister would smell and getting that burned milk scum out would be harder) but the skim is very light after one use and easy to clean. The non stick coating does its job very well. The temperature is perfect for the milk and I’ve since branched out to mochas and fancy coffees (Buying nespresso instant espresso for 4$ was a no brainer! Mixed with hot chocolate powder it creates an awesome base for mochas!) . My family calls me a barista now and all this is just accomplished with this little milk heater. If you’re looking for a cheap, easy way to add perfect hot milk to your teas or coffees this heater is for you. It’s a low cost high reward way to jazz up your caffeine intake! I couldn’t be happier and my family loves having me not waste money on coffee.

This is the fourth milk frother we have bought and so far we are happier with the Secura than we were with our 3 previous Nepresso frothers. One failing with the Nepresso and it occurred with everyone was the inside bottom would become difficult to clean. The milk inevitably stuck to the bottom and when scraping it out the bottom covering would get scraped away and the sticking milk problem would get worse. With each new Nepresso we got more and more careful with rinsing it out, gently cleaning etc etc but the problem persisted.When i contacted nepresso I was told it had to be rinsed IMMEDIATELY or the milk would stick.
We treat the Secura with careful hands but not a single hint of sticking milk. The milk is hotter and has a thickness that we were not getting with other machines. We love our weekend coffee and this machine gives us the milk that really adds to a wonderful cup of coffee.

I love this milk frother/warmer! It’s an attractive unit. I like how it has a base so the milk jug is cordless. I have tried both heated froth milk & heated milk. The froth ring does produce a large amount of foam. I personally prefer the other disc which produces wonderful warmed slightly frothy milk.
It’s great how the disc you are not using stores in the unit’s lid. Easy to clean – just wipe out the milk “skin” that forms on the bottom the jug each time & rinse.
I’ve had both Nespresso & Keurig frothers but the Secura is my favourite and is priced incredibly well in comparison.
I have a Nespresso machine with a built-in milk frother (Lattissma Plus) ; however, I actually prefer to use the Secura – fast & easier to clean.
I am buying another Secura milk frother for my son at university.

Great lattes! It produces quite a lot of foam! I’m very happy with the purchase! Some people complained that it leaves some burnt milk on the bottom. That’s true but if you leave it for 5 minutes with some cold water in it, it is easily swiped away. It’s no reason to complain about this as you’d wash it anyway and one can hardly call that scrubbing.

This is a great frother but there are some things to keep in mind when purchasing:
Pros: – Can heat and froth milk at the same time, as well as perform just one function – Heats up milk to a very warm but drinkable temperature (more so than other frothers I’ve tried, including Nespresso) – Can froth up to 1 cup of milk or heat up to 2 cups of milk – Inside of the frother is nonstick, so not much milk burns. However, there is some but the manual also warns you about this and is completely normal
Cons: – Is bigger than it seems in the images. It takes up the space of an electric kettle, but this shouldn’t be an issue if you know about it before buying – The inside doesn’t come out, so you need to lift and wash the entire steel appliance; this may or may not be an issue for some

The non-stick inside material is really nice and so easy to clean. I use half & half creamer (5%) or 10% creamer and it froths nicely. Great purchase.

What an awesome product!! I did some research online before buying this and it had excellent product and user reviews. I wanted something that gave me warm frothed milk quick and easy. Wow!! Fits the bill perfectly!!! If you use a Keurig….your frothy milk is ready by the time your coffee/tea is!! Cleanup is super fast and it’s ready to go again. Warm or cold frothy milk…..and my kids are now using it to make hot chocolate!!

I’ve received the frother 15 min ago and already tried it, I was quite excited about it but it was a disappointment. You can see in the pic the results and why I am feeling this way. I used oat milk, but this shouldn’t be an issue, and did the frothing twice trying to get some foam but nothing work. I will try with cow milk after going to the shop and will see if results improve but so far I am disappointed.
