This product lasted less than 3 months before falling apart at two points. The product broke when I was blending a smoothie. (The smoothie was just frozen raspberries and milk with no ice.) The high-powered whirring blades on the attachment pulled the attachment off of the engine’s body while I was using the product to blend the smoothie. When I tried to hold the attachment in place, to override the poor quality of the plastic connections of the attachment to the body, and continue to blend my smoothie, the entire metal rod of the attachment pulled itself from the plastic attachment housing. While I was initially impressed at the strength of the blender’s engine, which is much stronger than my previous immersion blender, the simple fact is that the high-powered engine is fatally mismatched to the poor quality of the device’s connections. My previous blender from Cuisinart lasted 3 years before its blade got caught on a date pit which chewed up the internal mechanism that transferred the engine’s spin speed to the blade. This product only lasted 3 months before coming apart in two places. While the Cuisinart was 50% more expensive, it lasted 1100% longer. Use cases and use frequency were the same across both immersion blenders. Conclusion: Don’t buy.

Some reviewers had mentioned that the motor and the attachments don’t seem to be compatible, quality-wise…but there were so many people who were happy that I persisted and bought this. Well. Now I’m cranky.

A few weeks into using it, it started to make a weird noise every once in a while. I ignored it, but shouldn’t have…because at that point I was still in the return window. I saw this weird damage to the wand and still ignored it (see pic)

Now, 2 weeks past the return window it is making CRAZY noises and there is a rubber burning smell when I use it. Luckily after a ‘product support’ chat with Amazon, they agreed to take it back, but what a waste of time.

I make a lot of homemade BBQ sauces with lots of stuff in them, and this thing purees everything without any problem. I used to have to strain my BBQ sauce to get out chunks of garlic, etc, but this instantly blended everything Super pleased.

Excellent product. Highly recommend. Interchangeable components are easy to attach and release and are easy to clean. Love the variable speeds, extra-long immersion wand, and large-capacity containers. Excellent quality at an affordable price point. Bought this for myself but would proudly purchase again as a gift.

La potencia es buena aunque a veces con le cuesta trabajo llegar a moler cosas congeladas.
No se si el diseño sea así o vino una de las aspas dobladas lo que hace que salpique todo si no se usa una jarra o un recipiente alto. Como lo uso para hacer licuados no me da mayor problema pero si quisiera moler una sopa definitivamente haría un desastre.

I didn’t even open the box when I got it the box was opened an re taped again. I thought I was buying a new product not so thing previously used.
Not impressed.

La verdad es que sí sirve pero los botones están medio incómodos. Aparte, cuando frío frijoles hace un ruidito a veces, ya lo revisé y no es el motor, es que la parte metálica gira de más y silba. No lo regresé porque sí sirve pero espero que sirva por más tiempo.
