I took a chance and bought this because it was cheap. My InReach Mini slides in and is compatible with the mount. That said, it’s a tight fit. Clearly it’s made for it but it grips it very tightly. I suspect with more use, it will loosen up the fit a little bit and sliding in and out of the mount will become easier.

Do not buy this GPS mount. The suction cup will not stick to any glass that has the slightest bit of curve to it. The mount that was included with my Garmin GPS lasted for several years, until enough heat and use finally caused some of the rubber to fail. The iSaddle GPS mount will stay on the driver’s side window for several minutes, but will absolutely not stay on the window of either my work or personal vehicles. There are no visible defects to the product, but it just does not have enough suction to get the job done. Even without the GPS attached, the mount falls off. It is completely useless.
Pros:
None.
Cons:
Will not stick to windshield of two different vehicles.

The production quality control on this knockoff item is clearly poor. The spine mounts for garmin devices that have them are the same dimensions where the spine mounts into an accessory. Seems like some people’s fit nicely, while plenty of others have major issues. The one I received falls into the latter category. The very first time I attached my InReach Mini to this mount, it would not seat properly and when I went to remove it, the cheap plastic of this part seized onto my device and could only be removed after using a heat gun and pliers. The garmin equivalent of this part is more money, but don’t risk it with this knockoff. For what it’s worth, the suction cup appears to work well, but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the mount being garbage.

Works fine, as advertised. Delivery was a little slow,. I didn’t want to pay extra for faster delivery so you get what you don’t pay for.

If you claim in the description that the item fits the Garmin eTrex GPS, then it should fit without resorting to filing modifications as other reviewers have done. I was hoping for an efficient, secure, tethered GPS mount for my kayak. What I received is a mount that is so far out of spec it is unusable. The slide track on this unit is 21.16 mm wide, the receiver on the GPS unit is 27.68 mm wide, not even close(pics). I did not file, I sent it back.

Bought this with high expectations only to be totally disappointed. While the base mount clips to my GPS just fine, what it will NOT do is suction cup to the window in such a way that the GPS is readable from the drivers seat. The angle of the windshield in ALL MY CARS, causes the GPSMAP64 antenna to hit the window and from there is CANNOT be adjusted so I can see it. I suspect that the OREGON/MONTANA, etc series WITHOUT the protruding antenna will work okay, but for my use this is getting round filed.. Says clearly it should work and perhaps if you have a jeep with a straight up and down windshield it might.. Good luck!

I feel that this is an after market item but I have not had any problems with it. It looks just like what I got with my Garmin 52 but I did have to force the base into the back of my GPS a little. but still good quality with no other complaints.
