I take my own pictures for my family and this backdrop was a great addition to my photo props. The size is perfect for newborn photos and I am so happy with the quality I would definitely recommend this one. My son’s pictures turned out so beautiful!

Poor quality. Poor quality image, and poor quality backdrop material. The lights on it are so blown up that it’s almost blurry… not at all what I was hoping for. However for the money this is probably the quality you are going to get. I decided to spring for a close to $200 backdrop instead and am so happy I did. The quality turned out great and it was from a little local Canadian background shop too.

First, If you’re a working photographer, this probably isn’t for you. The thing that makes this backdrop unusable for me is its thickness. It’s so thin that when used on my backdrop system, you can see through it if there is any back lighting.
Lots of times I set up in front of a window, this backdrop is so thin that the light from the window passes straight through it. I would either need to use a black backing scrim or put the backdrop directly on a wall, as in tape it to the wall. Neither of these are good ideas for my use.
On a positive note, the backdrop is vinyl. This means that although thin, it should be relatively durable, and it folds up very small for it’s size. You will need to iron it to get the wrinkles out, but that’s not an issue as I often iron my backdrops.
Bottom line, this isn’t something suitable for paid work, but will work in a pinch on a very low budget.

This backdrop is beautiful! Keep in mind it is a 5×7 so the “floor” portion of it is not extremely wide but wonderful for kids to sit on. Of course bigger kids and adults can just stand in front.
A lot of reviews complained about hard the wrinkles were to get out. Not at all difficult! Of course I wish they would send rolled but not a problem. TIP: Lie facedown on iron board; take a facecloth and dampen it with very warm water, not dripping but wet enough to dampen fabric. Then take Iron on med/hot and quickly and lightly move across section. Repeat for all areas and will be wrinkle free in under 10 minutes!

Bought to big of one but all my clients love it!! Wish the lights looked more teal and not just white spots on the backdrop but will be used alot

This backdrop has worked so well for us! We have used it at corporate events as well as our studio! It does wrinkle but just steam it out and you are good to go. My one complaint is that the ”floor” is too short.

I have to admit I was a little disappointed the lights as just white spots.
Nice quality material, wrinkles come out easily. But good for what you pay.

The background was absolutely perfect for a sweet 16 photo backdrop. I thought the wrinkles were hard to get completely out with a iron on low setting but it was visually fine. When photographed it looks like the twinkle of lights with the light spots – love that. It was easy to attach my paper flowers with magnets (also purchased on amazon) and it also held the glittery name I made which attached with clear contact paper. This was a backdrop for adults and teens so I did not have it touching the floor and it was still visually acceptable. I am SOOO happy with this product. I’m sure it will get more use.

The only complaint I have is that I wish I would have bought this sooner!
It makes the perfect backdrop for my Agnes & Dora boutique. Makes the photos look way more professional than just the poorly decorated room in the back haha.
To address some other peoples complaints. YES, this does come folded. YES, it’s a pain in the butt to unfold without thinking you’re going to rip it. But NO, it is not easy to rip and or tear. In addition, MOST of the wrinkles will let themselves out after it has been hung for a couple of days. The rest of them that remain, take a steamer to the BACK of it (so that the ink does not run) and they will come right out!
Overall, excellent quality. It photographs really well. I love that it looks like there are lights within the back drop. I get compliments on it all the time and I personally love it. 5 out of 5 stars all day!

I love this so much I ordered it for my grad (covid grad) and it made the room so nice to take photos! Definitely will be keeping it around for wedding and birthday party’s!!! 10/10 would recommend

We used it as a backdrop for our baby shower. Because it was a bit smaller in width for our intended wall backdrop, we had to turn it to the other side and it still worked. It’s very thin material and a hit on the sheer side. The color as well is a little on the faded side because of the sheer fabric. So far the only thing are the folds but it resolved itself. It is easy to assemble. It also arrived on time. I must say it was worth its price. Can’t complain much. The size is also accurate.
