What a BEAST of a computer. Playing fortnite at 200+ FPS. Playing cyberpunk 2077 on ultra no problems. Good luck building your own PC and beating these specs.
PC was packaged well, within an Amazon box. I checked every connection before turning it on, one fan plug wasn’t snug but other than that it was fine.
Everything was literally plug and play. Added a 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD hard drive. There isn’t much room on the SSD the computer comes with because windows is installed there. I had to remove the GPU to install the M.2, there wasn’t enough room for me to screw down the drive otherwise. With this computer you should have 4 tiny screws in a little plastic bag, DO NOT DISCARD THEM, 2 of them are for the M.2 hard drives, should you will to install them at some point. One review stated that the WIFI was terrible, perhaps the vendor has upgraded it as I am getting 600 mb/s upload and download speeds.
I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to order this again!

Update: I’m adding details that I didn’t know at first, and will of course update if any problems should arise. The PC is still running strong. I have decided to add another 16gb of ram, for anyone interested the ram is DDR4 3000mhz. The motherboard is an asus tuf b460m plus WiFi, there are 2 slots for m.2 NVME SSD drives, one is above the GPU, the other is below it under a heat shield. The GPU will need to be removed to add them, but anyone that has built computers will find that this is a super simple 5 minute install. Other reviewers stating that it is difficult to add hard drives, or that there isn’t space to add them, does not know what they are talking about! It is super easy to add hard drives!!
Update pt2: Ordered a second one and so far it seems good. This is about 2 months after my first purchase and the only differences so far is a different motherboard, the pro version instead of plus version. This will be nice because the NVME slots are easier to access, but the screws were not included this time. Also a different WiFi antenna. This time no wires were lose, it booted up perfectly. I literally meant it when I said I would purchase it again. I think I said that anyway! 😛
Update pt3: I added a photo to show the 750 watt power supply I added, as well as a crucial 1tb SSD. If any of your fan lights are not working, check the connections just to the left of the SSD.

I must say I was holding my breath before this product showed up at my doorstep because of some of the negative reviews i was reading about this item on Amazon. It arrived today and was tightly packaged with a lot of helpful instructions. The computer turned on fine, and I had it up and running within minutes. The LED for the back fan did not turn on so I took off the cover using a philips screw driver (2 screws) and, surely, one tiny cable was disconnected from the LED power supply. I put it in, rebooted, and it was great. While i had the cover off I thought the cabling assembly looked very good. The power cable for LED is very small so I’m not surprised it came off the tape and pin during transit.
Another thing I can say is that the left shift key on the keyboard which came with the tower isn’t very smooth when pressed down. It’s not sticky but it sometimes doesn’t want to go down when pressed in a specific spot. Seems like a tiny alignment issue, but I’m going to lift it up gently and adjust it tomorrow. I prefer a wireless keyboard anyway because the LEDs make wires stand out so I’m not worried about keeping this one as a backup.
The wifi antennas are freakingnamazing! It really maxed out my 5G throughput. When I started syncing data from my cloud the performance awesome. Super fast.
I’m glad I chose to purchase it. If anything happens I’ll be sure to edit this review. Until then, all good here.

I love the way that I didn’t have to do anything complicated to get windows started. The computer came very quick and was everything I hoped for! Mouse and keyboard are really nice and should be shown in the ad more clearly. Computer is super quite and rgbs are amazing. Such a clean and nice pc worth the money. One down side is that there is a sticker saying not to mess with the glass and it wont come off unless used with cleaner; It could of been put over the protective plastic that you have to peel off the glass. Over all really good pc and very much worth the money.

If you’re someone who isn’t a hardcore gamer and lazy to build your own, this is a great start for you as it runs games very smoothly with lots of space too. This is my first ever PC and I’m pretty satisfied with it. I don’t play a lot of games but the games I play are still big in terms of data size that my previous gaming laptop could not handle. So far this computer has been top notch for me in everything.

Received the computer , Powered it up and right away discovered that LED doesnt work on one of the front fans but the fan works so it was cooling. Contacted ibuypower and waited almost 1 hour on the phone before i couldnt wait any more and decided to just open a ticket by email. Created a ticket by email over 1 month ago and still no reply. Sent a second email about the same ticket and to this day no reply. Ibuypower has nice computers but hopefully you will never need to contact them because if you do, do not expect good service or any service at all.

The product itself is top-notched. A I7 processor with 16GB of RAM and a 1660 TI Graphics card for under $1200 is ludicrous. However like any company if you do not have good customer service/technical support or are not responsive to your customers then the product itself is not going to save you if there is a problem. Case and point:
1) The keyboard was defective right out of the box. ~ this in my opinion is not a deal breaker. As long as the company does right and is willing to address the issue. Like send us a new keyboard. Instead they chose to ignore 3 email attempts to contact them. They have four different numbers to call, all busy, all the time, at different times of the day. No way to leave a message as the number just hangs up. Perhaps if this was a manufacturer in another country I’d accept a delay in reply. But to be located in California and to not say BOO to us is unacceptable.
2) The front USB, Audio MIC in and Speaker out did not work out of the box. ~A little less acceptable but I was willing to open the unit and attach the cable that probably came loose during shipping. However the issue again circles around to Customer service/Technical support. The above mentioned of multiple emails and calls to the manufacture went unanswered. The key component to a successful company is missing here. If there was an ounce of care I would have kept the unit and would have done my best to resolve the issue.
3) Did I mention that there was no response or attempt to help after 4 days from the manufacturer? Amazon’s customer service was lightning fast. They even asked if they could help with the issue. What a novel idea, helping your customer. They provided a return RMA within’ minutes of us asking for it.
The bottom-line is if you got a PC and it is working great and you have no problems then congrats for getting such a excellent deal. Well worth it. However if you got a PC that is not working right or you have some general questions then good luck getting the manufacture to respond to you. Very disappointed and I don’t like writing reviews. Good, bad or indifferent.
Edit: well we were contacted about a week later asking for our PO information. By then we already started the return and refund process. They gave us a refund as well so I’m changing the rating to 2 stars instead of 1 star.

Easy to set up and did not need to remove any packing foam inside which it said on the instructions I would have to do. It also included a nice keyboard and mouse (although the cord is a bit short so I didn’t end up using as I have a big desk that it needs to loop behind).
Wi-Fi is built in and runs fast & smoothly, very quiet. I haven’t tested it for gaming yet so I can’t comment on how strong it is for games.
Only complaint is the sticker on the back covering the computer audio ports and such was poor quality and ended up ripping when trying to remove. took about 10 minutes to get it off and left behind some glue as it was not a good quality sticker removable and felt like one of those stickers you try to take off a present and it will always rip leaving pieces behind on the product.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure of the quality.
The computer arrived in a timely manner and worked right out of the box. It is very fast and quiet. Works well while playing online RPG games that require a good graphics card. No lag/FPS issues.
