However, this product is poorly made. The hinges are terrible and don’t hold the lid properly. You can see the plywood edge through the stain. I spent lots of time refitting hinges and adding some ribbon to the edge so that it looked nice. The saying on the top is very cute. Be aware that this company does not accept returns.

I am not happy at all. This box is such junk. Doesn’t close properly and is all crooked. Come on, this is not at all made properly.

The box arrived with bent hinges and a crooked lid. The quality is lower than expected and the level of expectations was low because of the price. I can’t give it as a gift nor can I return it to the seller.

I use this on my desk to contain paper clips, binder clips, etc… The exterior dimensions are: 4 inches x 4 inches x 2.75 inches tall. Interior dimensions are: 3.25 inches x 3.25 inches & 2.25 inches deep. The hinged lid won’t stay partially open on its own. Either all open or all closed. It works great and the saying on the top makes me smile during the day. Would be a nice gift.

This product arrived at my house, semi-broken. The lid was screwed on wrong to the point where it was hanging off the side. I do not recommend you buy this product. Cheap dollarstore quality.

WOW, Id rather buy something at the dollar store.. This quality is horrible!!! its light feel isnt the worse part, the hinges are the most cheapest feeling, look and feel as they are gonna break off any minute. NO RETURNS! dont buy.. disappointed

It does look really nice with a sort-of retro look. The sentence on the top is super cute which makes this for a great gift. However not all is rosy. There are two things which left me slightly disappointed:
1. It is super small and quite thick which makes the space inside the box even smaller. My point is if you’re planning to buy another gift and put it in the box make sure the gift is small enough (really small) to fit inside the box.
2. Sturdiness. It does not seem sturdy at all.. Fair enough given the price. But I do expect the hinge holding the “door” to fail at some point soon. Hopefully not, but I’d be surprised if it doesn’t.. unless it does not get used much, or at all.
That being said, it does look good and the price is awesome so.. decide for yourself.

Love the quote but very disappointed with quality of the box . Hinges were not straight, tried to fix it but it doesn’t correct. No return policy so stuck with it, not good enough to give to very special friend.
