Waffle Day is a celebration of waffles on 25 March, the Feast of the Annunciation, in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. It is also observed in other countries, but with different dates and origins. As we celebrate 10 years of The Belgian Waffle Co, we saw an opportunity to reposition this iconic event. We truly believe that every iconic day deserves its own moment, so starting 2025, National Waffle Day will be celebrated on every 3rd Wednesday of July. Today, Waffle Day has become a go-to spot for dessert lovers, with a diverse lineup that suits every mood — be it something indulgent, refreshing, or Insta-worthy.
