Trading holidays: Trading on the Currency Derivatives segment

Trading on the Currency Derivatives segment takes place on all days of the week (except Saturdays and Sundays and holidays declared by the Exchange in advance). NSE CLEARING may however close the market on days other than the above schedule holidays or may open the market on days originally declared as holidays . The NSE CLEARING may also extend, advance or reduce market hours when it deems fit and necessary. Trading holidays for the calendar year 2025 In pursuance to clause 2 of Chapter IX of the Bye-Laws and Regulation 2.3 of F&O Segment, the Exchange hereby notifies trading holidays for the calendar year 2025 as below: NSE Holidays 2025: Check NSE Trading holidays 2025, Stock Market holidays calendar on the Moneycontrol. Get latest list of NSE holidays for Equity, Equity Derivative, SLB and commodity segment etc ... Indian stock markets, including NSE and BSE, will remain closed on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, for Guru Nanak Jayanti. Trading across all segments will be suspended, marking the only market holiday in November, while MCX will remain shut for the morning session and reopen in the evening.
