Telma H (12.5/40 mg) Tablet is a combination medicine that consists of Hydrochlorothiazide and Telmisartan. It is used for the treatment of high blood pressure. Uses of Telma H 40mg Strip Of 10 Tablets Telma H Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure when one medicine alone is unable to control the blood pressure effectively. Telma H 40 is a combination tablet that contains hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) and telmisartan (40 mg), providing the additional benefit of a diuretic for managing hypertension. A: Telma 40 tablet contains telmisartan whereas Telma H 40 tablet contains a combination of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide. Both of these are used to treat high blood pressure, but Telma H 40 tablet is mostly used when telmisartan alone cannot control the blood pressure.
