The Applicant must pass the following two Tests before making any application for registration for which link are provided on CSC SPV Registration Portal. Tele-Entrepreneurship Course (TEC) or any other course prescribed by CSC SPV. Banking Correspondent (BC)/ Banking Facilitator (BF) course offered by Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. Login to access the Certificate Course in Entrepreneurship and explore opportunities to enhance your entrepreneurial skills. Only institutional VLE can utilize this registration portal. For registration of individual VLE please apply through this link: cscregister.csccloud.in Select the application type for enrollment from the drop down menu. If VLE, enter valid TEC certificate number which will be provided post TEC completion. Select the group you belong to from the dropdown. If you belong to CSC VLE, enter TEC number, if not, select whitelisted group from the dropdown. Enter your active mobile number. Enter the captcha as displayed on the screen. Click on submit to proceed
