These particles range from larger respiratory droplets to smaller aerosols. It is important to practice respiratory etiquette, for example by coughing into a flexed elbow, and to stay home and self-isolate until you recover if you feel unwell. Covid -19 most often causes severe acute respiratory syndrome, resulting in symptoms such as a cold, flu, or pneumonia. However, it affects more than just the respiratory system. While some individuals may experience mild or no symptoms, others can become critically ill and even succumb to the disease. COVID-19: symptoms Symptoms of COVID-19 can vary, but mild cases often experience fever, cough, and fatigue. Moderate cases may have difficulty breathing or mild pneumonia. While severe cases may have severe pneumonia, other organ failure & possible death. Anyone experiencing difficulty breathing should seek immediate medical attention.
