I’m a barista at Starbucks so obviously I know how I like my coffee. For a while I was using an immersion blender to froth my milk for my morning cup of coffee but it just wasn’t doing what I wanted it to do. I finally bought this frothed and I’m so so happy with it!! It doesn’t need to be plugged in so it takes up way less space. It is a lot quieter than the blender, and I can use any size cup I want because the frother is so small. Not only can I heat up my milk for a hot coffee, but I can also use it just the same with cold milk for my iced coffee!! Highly recommend this product!!

When I bought the frother I “thought” it was on sale for about $13.00 or so when I received the payment is was for $30.00 plus so I was not thrilled… buyer beware! It works nicely but was more than I expected

We ordered this basic frother for my wife’s powder-added drinks…and it worked great for almost one month. I emailed the company, and they immediately sent out another…the one rated higher power. Then, that one also got erratic on the thumb switch, so I emailed again…and they replaced that one as well! And they are on the east coast and I am on the west coast…and they would get here in priority mail speed. They apparently got a bad batch of the units but they do stand behind their products.
I finally took out the two little phillips head screws on the battery compartment cover, and put a knife to the cover plate near the thumb switch, and popped it loose. It is very simple and I fixed the two previous units by replacing one of the contact springs with an old ball point pen spring which made a better contact and they all work fine now. Upon reassembly, you have to pop up the thumb piece by squeezing the retention clips with your fingernails or a knife; that enables the contact springs there to not get pushed out of place, and then just press down on the switch as a final step. I did not even have to put the two screws back in.
So, I heartily recommend the frother, but buy the High powered one first since it does have a lot of spin to it. We use the original when the liquid is too close to the top of the cup or glass and don’t want it to overflow.

Purchased December 8/20. Housing is starting to separate making the whipper mount loose thereby creating knock. Using this to make Delgano’s on the weekends. Always needed fresh batteries to have enough power (used leftover batteries in other devices because they had more than half life left). As reviewed by others, has lost power even with fresh batteries.
I did not love the ergonomics. I have another frother that is push button which is more convenient than holding the button down.

1, The first problem is , it has a weak engine > problem with 50ml amount, my previous was for £5 and last over 5 years, without having issue with 500ml amount.
2, The second issue is the battery. I had to use third battery, and I have it several months, whereas my previous one had battery in at least a year or more.
3, The third problem is, it stops, or even doesn’t go et all when pressed, and you have to press it very hard.
Not sure if I am so unlucky with a bad products, but I am disappointed.

I’ve had this for about 2 months and initially loved it but now it seems like the motor in it is dying (after using it nearly everyday for coffee). I’ve tried changing the batteries but it’s still not as powerful as it was when I first bought it. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

The foamer worked OK, but when the batteries are correctly fitted the battery compartment will not close and you have to tape it up with gaffer tape or something similar. Not good engineering. And this is the trouble – every designer wants a new solution to opening the battery compartment and closing it again when the batteries have been changed/recharged. Result chaos.
I liked the stand, something other stirrer/foamers do not supply.

Very good frother! It is easy to use and i love the standing part where i can put it after use. The only thing missing was the batteries so i had to buy them.
*Fun fact: as soon as i got it i started making my first latte, but when i was about to turn it on i realized there were no batteries lol. It’s worth it though.

I did a lot of research and figured this was the best frother. The first time I used it, it worked well. The second time and every time after – it barely does anything to the milk. Absolute waste of money – I could whisk a better froth.

Amazing frother!! My brother bought a super expensive espresso machine. I opted to pay more for a drip coffee maker and to buy a frother on the side. Comparing the cappuccinos made from his machine and using this tool; this tool undeniably makes the best cappuccinos that we have ever had!
