The TV Trays seem to be well built, bit the protective overwrap was put on before the leg assembly was attached, thus the overwrap was secured under wood parts that were screwed in to the top. It took 30 minutes to remove the overwrap that should have come off easily.

These tables are very unstable. The legs are too long and therefore are too close together when unfolded. I have dinner by the TV very often and own a cat, and he can easily tip these over. Also, packaging was strange because the plastic wrap was not removed before the legs were attached and therefore you will have to use a box cutter or equivalent to remove the plastic at the parts where the tabletop meets the mechanism for the legs.

These tables totally meet their purpose for why I bought them. I needed a side table beside my chair to put my water and remote on haha. The only reason I gave it a few fewer stars is I saw them at my local Walmart for cheaper than I paid and also they are covered in a plastic shrink wrap type material and I got that off the top surface but can’t get it all off on the underside of the table. Not a huge deal. They are also a touch smaller than I expected but the size suits me fine.

Please note a photo of three of our trays. The first one is the tray we just purchased from Amazon. The second one is one tray from a set of 4 trays which we purchased about 10 years ago from a furniture store . The third is one was purchased when we needed another one and could not find any of the original 4 trays. This third one is a bit thin and unstable.
We love the 4 originally purchased trays! And now we love the set of two trays recently found on Amazon and which we believe to have been made by the same manufacturer in Thailand of our original purchase of 4 trays. These trays have a great weight which makes them sit well on carpet. Our older set has mellowed with age, but they still look great and we expect the two new ones to follow in the same path as they are definitely made of the same wood!
The best way to remove the film from the tray is to open it, turn it over and lay it on the floor or carpet. With a straight edge knife, cut close to the areas where the legs are attached to the braces. Carefully follow along edges of those braces as to not damage the table top.
With patience, you can then peel away the film without marring the wood nor removing the braces. This is what we did when we made our first purchase as we wanted to be certain that we did not strip the wood if we were to remove the screws possibly then causing the structure to become wobbly. This method works like a charm and you cannot see the cellophane underneath the braces.
Kudos to the manufacturer for the wrapping and packing. They arrived completely unmarred.

They really don’t lock into place. Which makes it difficult to move them when you have something on them.

WE have large gatherings several times a year (this year excluded – covid-19) and needed extra place to set food and beverages. These added to our existing two made life much easier. The are well made but remember they are not a regular table for sturdiness and can be easily tipped if not careful. Otherwise we are happy to have them now.

Good tables for a small space.
My only issue is that there is no clip to hold the tables open in place, but otherwise, they feel as I would expect folding tables to feel (that is that they have a bit of wobble, but manageable).
Good height for sitting on the couch (I didn’t see it in the product description, but they are about 25 and 3/4 inches tall when set up).
They’re too narrow to fit both of my legs under one, but I’m fine with that (they’re also narrow enough that I can just have my legs on either side comfortably).
They arrive fully assembled, so that was a win.
Overall, I’m happy with them.

We wanted a more convenient and cost effective option for dining in our basement living room and these tables were the perfect height while seated on the couch. The base of the table legs could’ve been better design to negate any wobbliness. The quality of the wood and the functionality was worth the price of this item. We would buy this brand again.

These tables are exactly what I was looking for! We use them around our bridge table while playing bridge. It is great to hold our drinks and snacks while we are playing. Very pleased with these tables. Nice solid wood. I gave 4 stars for sturdiness because the tables wobble a bit when our large dog walks around it.

They are a beautiful TV tray made with solid wood and they’re fairly stable but they are so ridiculously tall there if you’re somebody under 6 feet you won’t be able to even eat your dinner on them

I really like my tv tables. The piece of wood under (to open the table) doesn’t click to anything so if someone bops it, I can see the table close on its own. It would have to be a hard bop to make it close though because of the shape of it, so I do feel the tables are good for its use!

These are very convenient to use and clean, and also of good quality. No assembly required. Decent price for under $50.00. Easy storage because they are foldable. Arrived on time – as predicted,

I read what other reviewers mentioned, that the overwrap that comes on the table-top is hard to remove. They aren’t kidding! These tables are just as described, fairly sturdy and natural wood, but I will never be able to get every bit of the cellophane off the bottom of the table and that is a shame. The top of the table was wrapped in cellophane and then they attached the hardware (legs and such) to the bottom of the table. You can only cut around it and get most of it off and that takes an Exacto-knife and plenty of patience. Good luck.
