Love this little broiler pan. It’s just the right the size for a couple of 5oz steaks. If you’re just cooking for 1 or 2 and/or if you’re limited on space, this is a great buy. It’s well made, sturdy. It’s a easy to clean but the drip tray does stain so I recommend lining it with foil or parchment to make things easier still.
In a nutshell:
It’s small.
It’s sturdy
It works well
I’d buy it again.

Annoyingly I bought four of these to sit side by side in the oven. However, I have discovered that the dimensions of these roasting pans are not entirely accurate. They measure 25cm x 37cm externally and 21cm x 31cm internally, and are too large to fit side by side in a domestic oven. The deep 5cm walls of the pans flare out from the bottom to the top. Despite the roasting pans being too large, they do offer good quality construction from high gauge steel.

I bought one Wilton cake pan and was so impressed with the quality, I replaced all of my bake ware with Wilton. Would highly recommend.

Product looks & feel solid. Can’t wait to use them, I bought 2, much better value than at the high street store
UPDATE
Used to make homemade focaccia-
Excellent end result, deep enough to use with a recipe using 500g of flour, made one rectangular foccacia which baked perfectly. Worth the money. Size 13′ x 9′

Bought this to replace my broken 10×14 corningware for lasagna… What a monster pan! Made a huge lasagna for a get together in this, one of the best ever.
Great value from a known brand, seems sturdy and was extremely easy to clean. Only used once so can’t attest to the durability, but seems like it will hold out.

Would have given it 5 but just after one use baking a cake, I see marks left from baking. Yes, I sprayed it with cooking oil as prescribed prior to use. Soaked it for a while with soap and water to no avail. Still, cake is easy to come off and still easy to clean.

Great size tin, (I brought 3 of these) nice deep sides, added bonus of a study plastic lid for food storage or transportation. Only down side is that on the front of the packaging it states that the pan is dishwasher safe but read the small print on the back and it states not to use dishwasher detergent as it will damage the surface, so be aware, I am sure the warranty that they promise will not apply if you used a dishwasher. Also I would like to use my tins and lids for batch cooking so they need to be freezer friendly, I cannot see anything on the packaging to say this is okay or not, I will chance it but again I suppose if they lost their non stick surface or if the lids crack, I would not be covered by the warranty.

By far the best tin I’ve ever brought, baked a couple of wonderful maderia sponge cakes in this, used parchment to line came out easy, cooked evenly and easy to clean, like it so much I’ve ordered another 😁, definitely will buy all my cake tins here from now on after testing many other brands this is by far the best

I have definitely become a fan of Wilton Bakeware. The pan is good quality, lightweight, cleans up with no scrubbing, and has handles for easy maneuvering. What more could you ask for? I am so glad I upgraded from dark-coated, non-stick pans. The lid is sturdy, transparent, and is perfect for keeping food fresh. It’s a nice bonus not to have to use Glad Wrap to keep leftovers or dirty another dish by transferring leftovers to a dish with a cover. I will be buying a few more. I received this product less than 48 hours after ordering. Wonderful service!

It has great value at this price. It is big and durable. The only problem is that it has a non-stick coating which scratches easily which is annoying, because it isn’t that non-stick, and you have to scrub hard especially for stuff that burns in the oven. I rather get one that is not non-stick.

Fantastic performance. I’m glad I replaced the old glass pans (tired of cleaning up broken glass). Not only is the lid a great plus (clicks on very firmly) but cleaning is easy. Even after baking a lasagna no soaking was required, just water + detergent and a soft sponge and everything came off easily. Worth buying for the time you will save cleaning it alone.
Pickup one of the newer non-metal spatulas so you won’t scratch the coating.

Commercial pans are the gold standard for bakers, however let’s get practical. They are pricy, heavy and too good for the home baker. This is an affordable alternative and more than a step up for the wannabe Buddy(Cake Boss). I have used many pans and do not like the coatings on Bakers Secret. These Wilton pans are wonderful and cakes release well if you DO NOT USE PAM. Grease with canola/corn/olive oil(any one), then sift some flour and shake out the loose flour in a bowl. You can reuse this flour in your cake! This is the standard for all pro bakers and cheaper than PAM…Wilton is the favourite for bakers everywhere. I shopped Wal-Mart and their Wilton pricing is not competitive.
