    I got this to do a my little pony unicorn cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Considering my limited skills it came out great. It was a bit crooked but mostly because I’m not great at leveling cakes. Also I had to use a lot of frosting to fill in the side gaps between layers but only because I didn’t carve the cake. I dyed each layer a different shade and was worried about dividing the batter. I used a one cup measure to scoop each portion, but not really measure it. That worked well, so I’d say shy of a cup of batter per pan is about right.
    I buttered and floured them well and had no sticking. They fit in a single oven rack fine, but I had to rotate them halfway through.
    I used my own cake recipe for a standard 2 layer cake and the amount was perfect. I love getting a tall cake look with 1 batch. I think I’ll get a fair bit of use out of this set

    These are great, but I’d have preferred flat sides as it needed a lot of icing to fill in the gaps. They aren’t deep, so I found you could fill 3 tins with a 4 egg cake recipe, and cooking time was around 15 mins at 160.
    6 layers made a large cake (there are 4 tins provided) so using 4 would make a nice size (but I wanted a rainbow and it was for a party)

    Excellent product – I wanted to make a tall showy cake for my husbands birthday and these were the ticket!! Note that the pans are rather shallow, but it takes almost a full regular cake batter recipe (make a few cupcakes on the side so your pans aren’t overflowing). Be sure to read the instructions for some helpful tips – rotate your pans halfway through cooking (I might even go so far as to say 3x during baking) to ensure you don’t get uneven doming or slanted cakes.

    Bought as I’m slightly rubbish at baking and I want to try and impress at the Pre-School bake sale and to entertain my cake impatient 3 and 4 year olds. Its great. When you put the pans in the oven the cakes are generally cooked in 12-14 mins and just pop out the pans when you flip them upsidown. Cooling time because of the thickness of them is fast too – 15mins to cold.

    All the instructions on the box refer to using a box of cake mix. Whatever you bake, remember to weigh the bowl you mix in pre ingredients so you can divide the mix equally into four when all the ingredients are in the bowl. I’m finding about 220g-240g per layer is working well.

    If you want the easy option, a box of mix and tub of premade frosting can whip up a tiered cake in an hour. Just be careful if you decide to do a couple of rounds as it can get too high when you put it inside a cake box (I splatted my rainbow cake!)

    Great fun when baking cakes with kids. I’m looking forward to trying a few more sophisticated ones when the kids are back in school after the holidays.

    I loved using these, they are so easy to use and clean. I haven’t used the recipes in the leaflet yet but I’m looking forward to trying them out. I made a 5 layer chocolate cake and it was fantastic for a first attempt.
    I was so pleased with these that I have just got the 8inch set aswell

    Absolutely! These cake pans are durable and won’t warp under heat. The cakes bake evenly and the non-stick surface makes them easy to remove from the mould. They are also perfect for reheating frozen foods such as fries, fish, etc. and for baking garlic bread.

    I have to admit that I was afraid I wouldn’t like them because they are very shallow. Well I was wrong because they are really great! No more crumbling cakes because you try to slice it with a knife! Each layer is perfectly flat and round to be stacked to form a beautiful multi-layer cake. It’s super easy with these cake pans, try them and you’ll love them and be proud of your accomplishment!

    Absolument! Ces moules à gâteaux sont résistants et ne se déforment pas sous la chaleur. Les gâteaux cuisent uniformément et la surface antiadhésive les rend faciles à démouler. Ils sont également parfaits pour réchauffer des aliments surgelés tels que des frites, du poisson, etc. et pour cuire du pain à l’ail.

    Je dois admettre que j’avais peur de ne pas aimer car ils sont très peu profonds. Eh bien je me suis trompé car ils sont vraiment super! Fini les gâteaux qui s’effritent car vous essayez de le couper en tranches avec un couteau! Chaque couche est parfaitement plate et ronde pour être empilée pour ainsi former un beau gâteau étagé. C’est super facile avec ces moules à gâteaux, essayez-les adorerez et serez fier de votre accomplissement!

    I was new to Keto baking but not new to baking. Like most new keto bakers I struggled with making cakes rise. With these pans being so thin in depth you don’t have to worry about the rise plus having multiple layers you get the perception of a beautiful tall cake and with it having many layers it ensures a moist cake when filled with whipped cream mousse that locks in moisture. Then I used a delicious buttercream frosting to hold it all. With the small 6” size of cake it ensures portion control. Not to mention how easy they don’t stick these are the best non-stick surface I’ve ever had! I still use parchment paper and spray release but they are incredibly easy to clean! Highly recommend will be purchasing the rectangle layer loaf pans worth every penny! Absolute BEST KETO BAKEWARE!!! I have to say when they first arrived I was surprised at how tiny they were and even still it reminds me of baking as a child with my easy bake oven pans…these pans are so small but just try them and you will be surprised even every time I make a cake and build the end cake I feel like I’m playing but when you cut the slices you will realize they are the perfect size to end any chocolate craving or sweet attack! Plus an added advantage you will be able to make rainbow cakes and special unicorn cakes for any young child in your life!!

    It’s a reliable easy to use basic baking pan. I use it to heat fish and chips and other deep-fried foods to be heated in the oven. As a baking pan for cookies, I find that thickness of the baking sheet too thin, and under heat, it will warp a bit. Great for basic re-heating of frozen foods, but if you want to do some REAL baking, get a better cookie sheet with a proper thickness, and perhaps good air insulation to prevent the cookies from burning.

    These tins are great for making a children’s rainbow cake I did an extra layer they came out really well. I made 2 for my twin girls birthdays they went down a treat.

    Very good Lear cake pen I need 1 and 1/4 cup of cake better to get the perfect result and .75 inch size cake I have no baking powder or soda in a it’s just a spange cake for that’s why I needed 1 1/4 cup. I bake it 325 about 15 minutes all 4 pan together and that’s all .

    Made a layer cake once before, and that was over 10 years ago. These pans will be changing that! So easy to use. They all fit in my oven at the same time and on the same rack (I have a smaller condo sized oven). Baking is quick, about 20-25 mins and easy to layer. Released from pan easily. Cake layers look professional. Now I just need to perfect my icing technique (excuse my botched icing job in pics)!

    Brilliant set of pans. I was worried after reading all of the reviews but produced a fantastic rainbow cake with no problems at all. Here is the simple recipe I used weigh your eggs in their shells (I used 7 medium just over 400g), weigh same amount of butter, caster sugar and self raising flour. Cream sugar and butter first then add eggs one by one before flour. I had no baking parchment but buttered and floured pans and cakes came out easily.

    Size is small but given height of final cake you don’t want big slices.
