My wife and I finally broke down and bought this to replace our old Electrolux that was having issues with the power attachment. The hose is made of lighter quality, which I find nice when moving it around. Word of advice: when I tried to plug it into the wall for the first time, I thought I needed to go get a newer wallplate. This is not the case. Just simply push harder to get it to go in. A much snugger fit than our old one. As for the powerhead, the instructions aren’t very good. It took my wife and I a number of tries until we got the cord hooked to the right spot. They give you a lot of extra cord which makes you believe the end runs up the wand. This is not the case. It plugs in at the bottom. When I was trying to plug the powerhead cord in, I had to use a lot of force. I stopped because I didn’t want to break it. My wife then wiggled it slightly and it popped in with almost no effort. Be aware of this. The instructions for putting the stocking on the hose are okay. My wife followed the directions and had it on in no time. A lot of people on the Internet complained about this and how hard it was to do. It’s not that hard people! Follow the instructions. Overall, I am impressed with the system. However, the powerhead is very light and makes me a little worried as to the life expectancy of this product. I guess only time will tell. To sum it up, this seems to be a good replacement for what you pay.

It was time i needed a complete set of attachments for my Beam – these are amazing – the beater bar works very well and wayyyyyyyyyy better than the one i had – I ordered the smaller hose length and am very happy with it. The floor attachment works really good on my porcelain floors and the dogs enjoy being vacuumed with it as well. When they are in full shed i vacuum them. A ritual in our house – when the vacuum starts the dogs are waiting and going around me like crazy as they want to be vacuumed and told how pretty they are. Extremely happy with the product – the dusting attachments work really good – I live in a rural area and the dust comes all the time – makes doing all the railings a breeze.

This is the first time I’m ever returning an Amazon Order. This Vaccum will get you fooled, today is 4 days after the vaccum arrived The part of the vaccum that connects from the vaccum hose to the vaccum pipe just ripped!
I would not buy this vaccum ever again and I don’t recconmend this vaccum to any people!

Overall this replacement central vac is good, my main complaint is that the power connection is at the handle and not the power head. This means when you want to change heads for different floor surfaces you have to change the entire wand and not just the head piece like the original equipment. Still works fine but not the quality of the original Kenmore unit.

To be honest, I have never provided any feedback on any items that I have purchased on Amazon because it didn’t occur to me do that and I had to take time write it.
The reason I am writing this today is because an excellent customer service I have received from the Vacuum Parts Canada in replacing a defective part that I have purchased one to two months ago. The kit I purchased functions perfectly fine and I strongly suggest to go to Vacuum Parts Canada for your vacuum parts.

Our new house had a central vac but no accessories. I chose this kit after much research and to my surprise, it came with all the necessary attachments and works great!! Better than expected!! This unit works with a Eureka Model# CV2101A. There are certain items that require assembly but all instructions are included and the process is very intuitive. I highly recommend it.

Don’t waste your money this vacuum is garbage. While it worked it had poor suction and no adjustments. It completely stopped working after only a few months of light use! I do not recommend you wasting your money on this product!
