For the price I figured it was worth the risk but this exceeded all expectations for sturdiness/quality, easy assembly, and appearance. The instructions were really clear and every piece was labelled, better than IKEA! The faux wood look is really well done with no noticeable repeated patterns. We bought 2 units and swapped the order on the second unit (finagled the instructions and had no issues; no drilling extra holes or anything). Very pleased with the result for only $300!

It was time for me to upgrade my TV stand. I’m glad I went with this one. It’s sleek, minimalistic, and it kinda has a 70’s retro look to it. It took me a bit to assemble but I was also distracted by what was on TV so it may have been just me… haha. I use it for a 60″ TV and it looks great. There are holes for cables on the left side of the unit but not for the right side where the cabinets are. I placed some electronics in there so I had to cut my own cable holes which wasn’t too hard.

The stand goes together in a relatively funky way that involves some hardware that I have never seen before. One of my pieces of hardware, this weird screw thing that you have to tap a hole with, had a weld in the top of it that made it quite difficult to screw in, I ended up using a pair of chanel locks which worked fine. The biggest hindrance to this project is the instructions. There is one portion in particular where there is an unlabeled piece, I ended up putting a piece that was meant to go into the other half because they looked identical with the exception of 2 holes. Also, only one of the shelves had a cutout for the pegs they are meant to sit on, meaning I have 2 shelves that are just kinda free-ballin it inside of there, which is not optimal. Overall, I would say it is a good product and solid TV stand, but the fact that I had to take the thing apart and put it back together again while building because of unlabeled instructions was a little annoying. I have found similar problems with similar brands, Mainstays for example. It seems like cheap furniture always has this issue where the cheapest, simplest, and most important part: the instructions, are messed up. I would recommend this product, but I would say when you go to assemble it, read out all the instructions and group the pieces together. Because later on you will need a piece that you might assume goes elsewhere because it is unlabeled.

I am always a bit skeptical when buying something i have to build. You arent sure if the pieces are going to fit, if it gets damaged in shipping, etc. But i was very happy with this purchase and product. When the item arrived, it arrived days early than anticipated. The box was a bit damaged from Fed Ex but due to their packing of the item, nothing was damaged. Plus its thick pieces of wood so that may have something to do with it also. It took my about 45 minutes to put together and all the pieces fit perfectly. It is exactly what i was looking for. Happy with my purchase!

After assembling a series of cheap particle board construction, this beautiful and inexpensive piece of furniture was a welcome surprise! We were looking for a few transitional pieces to help mesh a mixture of wood furniture in an open concept apartment and purchased a few items with this varied color rustic look. The picture for the product makes it look more like a light pine, but ours is much darker than the picture. Also, it is solid wood and has all the holes pre-drilled. Putting it together was a cinch and it looks great in our new apartment!

So I didn’t realize it comes in two parts so it is actually like two boxes side by side. Not one long piece of wood that is cut as one. So you do have a big line down the top of the thing where the tv sits. Maybe I missed that but it is not preferable.
