Awesome! After having my wood base stools fall apart I was on the hunt for something more sturdy and these are it! Metal base with a wood seat. Assembly took about 40 minutes for 4 chairs, instructions are easy and basic and once you build one you won’t need them anymore. They fit perfectly under my counter top and look great too. I’m sure they won’t be nearly as comfortable as our old fabric covered seats but these are definitely going to be a lot easier to keep clean and maintain overall. Very happy with my purchase, especially for the price.

These chairs are nice and what I expected, but when I went to assemble them it was missing a couple screws. The first chair I assembled is nice and sturdy, however the second is still not put together.
I ordered these a couple months ago and now that I’m putting them together I no longer have the option to contact the seller or return, so hoping the seller sees this and can send the extra screws needed.

We made 2 orders since the first set worked well for us. The second set, not so much… they are squeaky regardless of being put together and screwed on tightly. Overall I would not recommend these. Spend more and get quality seats if you’ll be using them a lot.

We love the look of these stools… but one could not be built because one of the holes was not threaded. Otherwise, they are beautiful. We bought these two extra stools to match the bar table we purchased which came with two others. Three out of the four stools purchased were easily assembled. The fourth could not be assembled.
The Dog’s Honest Truth –
We needed bar stools that would tuck into an 8″ overhang and not extend out much further. Nearly all the stools that we saw were about 16-20″ deep.
These are 11″ deep and 15″ wide. They tops are completely flat with a nicely finished satin surface.
They can hold up to 260# so they are very sturdy.
Each stool took about 10 minutes to assemble. Very easy to put together and all the hardware was good quality.
These could also be used as small end tables if you needed the 26″ height.
Great value for high quality bar stools that will see many years of use.

Pretty good and trendy looking bar stool. The only reason i took away a star is because there is a small crack/joining point on the top right side of each stool as pictured. People with OCD like myself may find that a bit annoying apart from that pretty much a good purchase.
Just a tip, do not screw in the seat plank untill unless you have inserted all the screws so that the seat sits perfectly on all the screw holes.

Sadly I had to return these. The reviews were so great and I was so excited. They arrived quickly with amazing instructions and tools to assemble. Unfortunately the seat was not wood but laminate and the base made awful squeaking noises when you sat. It also rocked back and forth about 2-3 inches even after we used a drill to try to tighten them.

I now own three Vasagle pieces of furniture and I love it! They are sturdy, look great and very easy to assemble. In fact, the most easiest units that I have ever assembled! They also include an extra screw for all sizes of screws. So thanks for not being cheap Vasagle, compared to many other companies out there.

One of the best purchases I have made from Amazon! They fit perfectly under the small kitchen island so a great space-saver. Super sturdy. My 14 year old nephew put them together in no time at all so I would say that they are pretty easy to assemble. I did a lot of research on line before making this purchase and can honestly say that the value for the price cannot be beat. Excellent product!

Stools are easy to put together and plenty sturdy for our use. The style matches other dining room pieces and I’m really happy with them. Just the right height. Clean simple look. Woodgrain on particle board looks ok. Legs do have plastic covers on feet but I’m using a rug under them as precaution on our pine wood floors. This type of stool works fine for sitting 1-2 hours at counter when eating or working on computer. I plan to put pads on if we end up using them for longer periods of time. I had hoped to possibly be able to change stool top out, but that is not possible with the way these are constructed.

I am one that reads others reviews but this is example of why its hard to trust. I don’t know how these stools received such high reviews! Yes they were easy to put together. Yes they seem sturdy. But besides that- they are definitely not worth the price! I’d say $50 for both at most! The color of the top is much darker than in photos. The finish is not good at all! Both of the black metal frames have scratches on them straight from the box!(they scratch very easily!) I’m going to have to take the time this summer and spray paint with a good quality paint. As far as the top, it is made of particle board, which description states. I’ve had small accent pieces of furniture with particle board/ laminate before and they last but don’t think these will! The tops already have a couple very small imperfections, again straight from the box. I’m going to try to paint a clear protective finish on them to help make last. I should return considering how much work I’m going to have to put into them but boxing back up and hauling off to ups is such a pain, especially now. I would say ‘you get what you pay for’ but in this case- I should be the one getting paid…lol….I have to put in work on brand new furniture pieces!!
