its small enough not to warp like the long pans. it heats well but you must check cord to make sure it is connected.

I love the style and price of this skillet, but having problems with the control not working. If you carefully jiggle it just right, it will start warming, but shuts itself off in just a few moments. Don’t know if it’s the connection or what, but if I sit beside it throughout the cooking, constantly jiggling the control, I can manage to keep it on and cook my dish. Other than that, it seems to be well made and browns evenly. I don’t know where to send it for exchange, nor do I have packing materials to do it (threw the box away, expecting it to work! Very unhappy.

Does not work! You have to stand there and hold heating element in just a certain way. So ticked off. Amazon, you always please me. This is inexcusable so please stop selling products from this dealer. I was so ticked off I just threw it away – couldn’t be bothered returning it.

The first one I ordered didn’t work and I should have probably taken that as a sign.
I exchanged it for the same one and it worked great the first couple of times, but lately it doesn’t stay hot.
The light will come on, let’s say I turn it to 275, it will heat but after a few minutes start to cool down on it’s on rather than maintaining heat.
I gave it a try longer and just recently threw it away.
I would advise to look elsewhere for a nonstick electric skillet.

This skillet is not dish washer safe, not immersible in water; the electrical component is on the outside of the skillet.. making cleanup difficult. I would not have purchased it if I had known. Also the glass lid doesn’t feel like it’s tempered…as if it could shatter very easily.

I have another skillet that is electric as well and there is no comparison. This skillet is well made and works well! It heats up quick and VERY easy to clean which is the best part about it! Just take a dish cloth with some mild soap (not steel wool or other abrasive material) and wipe it clean!! If I had the room I would definitely get another one. Highly recommended!!

The product looks ok, but would not reorder. We have persevered with this product, but should have applied for return when first delivered. The handles are flimsy and feel as though they could break. Doesn’t heat uniformly, resulting in having to shuffle bacon to the hot spots. A real pain.

I am disappointed that this frying pan broke the second time we used it.
I have no idea where to go to get a replacement part.
They should send me a new part, but you can’t even talk to anyone.
The way it is now we can’t even use it, because if I screw the lifting knob
it could shatter the glass cover because the screw is metal.
What can I do to get this fixed ??

I just received the electric skillet and I was totally shock with the quality control! The corner of the skillet was damaged, and I wonder how and why the seller can sell iot to the public when the non stick coating is toxic if consume by human beings. Definitely won’t recommend this product. I have no choice but shipping it back to Amazon

Well it works great. My biggest complaint…. THE GOD DAMN LID LITERALLY SHATTERED FROM THE HEAT ON FIRST USE!!!! I mean SERIOUSLY… WTF??!?!?!? we literally just used it for the first time the lid shattered into a million pieces!!! Sellers either fix the lid or sell without lid or put a damn warning on the thing and in case you try to blame user error I do have a general understanding of engineering and physics we made sure to warm the “glass” lid before use to make sure the drastic temp change didn’t destroy lid. Well… didn’t matter. Honestly wish I’d got a different pot but it still works and I’m not a big complainer so it works enough just wish I had a lid. And no I don’t want a new lid either a refund or nothing at all thanks 🙂
