Il braccio per tablet è molto comodo e utile , abbastanza solido . Io lo utilizzo con iPad air 2 che regge bene ,l’unico difetto è che dopo 2 mesi il perno che collega il braccio alla base , si è piegato perché essendo cavo non riesce a tenere il peso e le rotazioni continue del braccio . per la comodità del prodotto ne ho acquistati 4 da 1 anno a questa parte . Il braccio ha un altro difetto sempre nella base ovvero che il perno entra ma sta molto legero nella base quindi a ogni minimo tocco sul tablet rotea sul perno , io per ovviare al problema ho inserito della semplice carta di un foglio a4 per fare spessore e rendere leggermente più dura la rotazione . I bought this to hold my Kindle while reading in bed. I planned on attaching it to the headboard and have the arm over my head so the book would be in front of my eyes.
But it doesn’t work that way. The point where the arm meets the clamp can’t be locked so unless things are perfectly level, the arm will lean to whichever side the clamp is tilted. The huge handle on the clamp is also problematic because it forces to either have a 3 inches protuberance out of the headboard, or to have your bed sit 3″ away from the wall to accommodate the handle. The bigger problem though is that the attachment where the tablet mount meets the handle is awkward and they’ll hit each other as you try to make adjustments while restricting how much it can move.
All in all, it’s probably fine albeit a bit filmsy for holding a tablet on a desk, but if you need the arm for reading in bed like I did, it won’t work.

After using and breaking two of those useless gooseneck/cable type phone mounts, I decided to give this one a try. I couldn’t be happier. Although the Amazon ad doesn’t show it, this arm can be mounted sideways as opposed to straight up and down. I’ve bolted a 3′ length of 1″ square tubular steel to the side of my bed to which I’ve clamped this phone mount sideways as shown in the pictures. The arm is high quality – mostly steel – and very solid and secure. It easily swivels and extends to just virtually any position I want to place it in. I haven’t tried mounting our iPad to it yet, but my iPhone 6 sits on it perfectly. There is no drooping or movement at all once I’ve set it in the position I want it in. I can also fold it up very compactly against the wall and out of my way when I’m not using it.
I would recommend this arm to anyone looking for a very good quality cellphone holder.
UPDATE (see last photo): I found that the clamp actually didn’t hold as well as I had hoped it would in this position, so I did a little modification. I filled the top 3″ of the steel post with an epoxy cement and allowed it to dry. I then capped the post off with a plastic cap from a local hardware store to finish it off nicely. I then drilled a 1/2″hole down the center, being careful to go no deeper than about 1/8″ less than the length of the arm’s mounting post, so that the arm would swivel without rubbing or binding on the post. The arm’s mounting post slipped easily into the hole I drilled, and it swivels incredibly well and easily and is a solid as you can ask for. Just an idea for anyone who needs a different, permanent mounting position than UGREEN designed their arm for.

Hallo,
Ich weiß ja nicht wie es euch geht aber ich hatte jetzt in den vergangenen 8 Monaten insgesamt 4 verschiedene sogenannte Schwanenhälse. Der erste war zu kurz um ihn bequem nutzen zu können, die Halterung fürs Handy war zu wackelig und dann ist nach kurzer Zeit die erste Feder gebrochenen. Beim nächsten war der Hals lang genug aber so instabil das ich das Handy wenn ich es am Bett befestigt hatte permanent von oben ins Gesicht bekommen hab. Und über den dritten möchte ich mich gar nicht mehr äußern. Alle lagen so im Preis von 8-15€ . Zum Teil bei Amazon bestellt oder auch bei wish. Soweit so gut zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen.
Aber diese Haltung ist ihr Geld wirklich wert. Ich hab zuerst etwas gezögert wegen dem Preis(25€), und hab es mit dem Gedanken gekauft, das wenn es wieder so ein Klump ist schick ich es diesemal sofort zurück. Wie immer bei Amazon prime gestern bestellt heute geliefert. Perfekt. Das Paket wurde gut verpackt geliefert. Ich hab es erst mal etwas skeptisch begutachtet da ich mir von der Befestigung her nicht so ganz sicher war ob die das schwere Gewicht auch hält. Ich muss die Befestigung an einem Kallax Ikea Regal anschrauben da mein Bett eine abgerundete Stoffumrandung hat und da keine Befestigung möglich ist. Das Regal ist mit 3,5 cm ziemlich dick. Was die meisten Halterung von vornherein ausschließt. Zum Glück nicht diese. Bis zu ca. 7cm ist es von der Halterung kein Problem. Die passt sich prima an und lässt sich gut und sicher befestigen. Der Hals kann von vier Seiten aus eingesteckt werden in die Halterung. Das war das was mich anfangs etwas gestört hat. Aber es hält erstaunlich gut. Der Schwanenhals hat 2 paar Federn und Stellschrauben die flexibl einstellbar sind. Ich habe ihn erst 2 Tage und liebe ihn jetzt schon. Die Halterung fürs Handy ist fest und hat Aussparungen für z.b. Kopfhörer oder Ladekabel. Es passt bequem auch ein Kindl oder Tablet rein. Allerdings dann nur im Quervormat und nicht im Hochformat. Ich würde diese Halterung jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Mittlerweile habe ich die Halterung fast 6Monate und ich bin immer noch super zufrieden.
Leider ist jetzt nach einem guten Jahr die Halterung kaputt. Das liegt aber nur an der meiner Meinung nach instabielen Steckfunktion. Wäre die ebenfalls wie der Rest der Halterung vierkantig und nicht rund und hol würde das nicht passieren. Da es z.Z. nichts gibt was meinen Ansprüchen genügt habe ich mich entschieden nochmals die selbe Halterung zu kaufen. Dieses mal, werde ich aber sofort ein Holzstück einsetzen um dem ganzen mehr Stabilität zu geben. Und ich hoffe das es dann länger hält als ein Jahr. Trotzdem muss ich dafür leider 2 Sterne abziehen.
Wie gesagt wenn das runde Teil das in die Halterung gesteckt wird auch viereckig und nicht hol wäre würde das mit Sicherheit nicht passieren. Vielleicht kann der Hersteller das ja nachbessern?
Ich habe jetzt in die Schwachstelle ein rundes Holzstück und hoffe das es diesmal länger hält.
29.04.2020 Mein Sohn hätte sich jetzt auch diese Halterung gewünscht. Und ich hätte sie auch nochmals gekauft, aber bei einem Preisanstieg von 13 € ne wirklich nicht. Im August 2019 habe ich für genau diese Halterung 25€ bezahlt und jetzt verlangt ihr 38€!!!!!!! Das ist eine Frechheit!!!!!!!! Fast 50% teurer. Was bitte schön rechtfertigt diesen Preisanstieg? Wenn ich dann auch noch nacharbeiten muss damit die Halterung länger als ein Jahr hält. Liebe Leute, lasst euch nicht verarschen, es geht auch günstiger. 38€ ist ein wirklich unverschämt teurer Preis. Ich fand die 25€ schon sehr Grenzwertig selbst da habe ich nur Zähneknirschend zugeschlagen. Ich werde definitiv keine weitere Halterung mehr kaufen wenn der Preis sooooo hoch bleibt.

I cannot be happier as this mobile phone holder is exactly what I wanted. I had to return a gooseneck type of phone holder as it was difficult to move it around. This is perfect for my needs and makes my phone browsing and video viewing so much more comfortable! You can move the arm to all directions while the base stands secure. Also, when I type the phone doesn’t move much, not even close to the gooseneck type. The clamp is firm and there are tightening screws on both “elbows” of the phone holder. I’m very satisfied and I hope it will last, time will tell. For now I’m very happy and I rate this product 5*.
7-MONTH UPDATE I’m changing my review to 2* from 5* as the socket ring that holds the phone tight has become very loose and can no longer hold the phone in place so it just hangs and so the whole device is completely unusable. Looking at the product from close it looks like the plastic ring that held the phone in the socket has snapped which is ridiculous after using it for barely a few months. I stopped using the device two months ago as it was irritating me but took it out again today to give it another try but I guess it’s going to the bin instead. £18 down the drain and I’m without a phone holder. I’m incredibly annoyed.

In my original review, by clamp, I meant baseplate, where it mounts onto the table. However, when Ugreen support contacted me, they might have mistaken clamp for the phone clamp, and sent this (and i quote): “As regards the material of the clamp, the metal is still and may damage the paint or glass of phones. Please do not worry about it.” That doesn’t seem to instill confidence in their own product, I wouldn’t use a phone without a case, but i know people who do. Hm…original review below.
I just received this today. The build quality is excellent, most of it appears to be machined aluminum or steel, except for the base – that was plastic, and was my first concern for worry, and first “uh-oh” moment. The clamp allows for multiple directions of attachment for the arm, but is again plastic. Plastic which can easily crack, deform, bend, break, especially when exposed to harsher conditions (cold/hot/etc.) The arm itself holds a phone fine, without any issue. Once I put on an ipad, the entire arm started to sag. This isn’t some large 12.9″ ipad pro, it’s a regular ipad 9.7″. The arm could not hold the ipad, and tightening the joints did nothing. There was no proper way to “lock” the joints, and the support the springs give is just not enough, and the springs also don’t provide consistent force all the way around (ie, at the top, it almost held the ipad, but once the top arm was parallel to the ground, it could not hold). This is a common issue with this type of arm design, and usually requires some sort of adjustable tensioning, that increases support as the load moves farther away from the center axis, and imparts more downards force over the joint. This does not exist on this arm. There isn’t even additional support that you could “add” onto the arm out of the box.
The joints, as I’ve mentioned, are all plastic, and within the 10 minutes I’ve been setting it up, I’ve already observed noticeably “peel” and deterioration on the joints.
Extremely dissapointed, and would not recommend. However, if you are dead set on this, buy 2 so that you can “double up” the springs on one, turning the second one into a donor piece.

This is my second stand of this type (the previous one was a different manufacturer), and I’m guessing the same issue I had previously will occur, which is that the metal holding the lower springs will bend and eventuallly break. I use my stand a lot, taking it with me to various places for meetings etc.
This stand is much lighter than my previous one, but there’s a huge issue that the designers should have seen straight off. The pictures show the issues, which are that the rotating screw on the clamp impacts on whatever it’s attached to, and the tilt screw impacts on the collar around the ball joint. Both make it very difficult to adjust tightness effectively and easily. Just 5mm shorter diameter would have solved both issues.
Aside from these niggles, I’m happy with the stand, and the clamp to hold your phone or tablet works very well, holding both my Samsung Tab S5e and Galaxy S10 Plus effectively without me being nervous! The reach and height of the arm are spot on for my needs, which are hampered by the fact I don’t see very well, so have to have the tablet very close to my face.
Had it not been for the issues I’ve highlighted, this would be a 5 star product.

I can’t believe this thing actually works as intended! I was very skeptical that it would be able to hold my Samsung Tab A 10.1″… but it does it no problem! Sure there is a little bit of shake when you touch it, but I feel like it’s secured enough that I don’t have to worry about it dropping on my face.
I have the clamp anchored to the window sill right next to my bed. And the arm extended so that the my tablet is hovering 2 to 3 feet above my bed. You have to make sure that the anchor is secured on a flat thick surface for this thing to work well. Highly recommend this for all the lazy-in-bed-youtubing!

So I’d originally brought this to hold my old note 8.0 (the tablet not the phone) on my desk by attaching this to the leg however due to the design of the clamp it’s not possible as the very bottom of the arm collides with the desk when you side holes in the clamp aka if you you the side holes you can only point it away from the desk, normally at this point I’d return the item as this is shockingly ill thought design, however I’d previously had given to me a gooseneck style holster for my newer tablet an iPad however it never worked, can barely hold its own weight, so figured I’d give this a go,however the clamp is too big to fit on my window seal so I’d cut out a 1.5 by 5 cm chunk of the plaster board below the window seal and was able to get the clamp to fit and it worked, it could easily hold the iPad even at full extension, however it kept rotating as the clamp bows apart when griping something to the point where the top is not flat but slanted causing the whole thing to rotate on its own (at this point I would normally give this a 1 star review) however I had an idea to use some old rubber feet on the under side to help it horizontal again and so far this mostly works, so all in all this is the best tablet holder I’ve seen but since all the others don’t even support a tablet so it’s a pretty low bar to achieve, however ugreen really needs to compleatly redesign the clamp as it brings a 5 star product to just 1 star, I would also like to see the rotation of the arm to be made more stiff as there is no adjustment for this and it’s so easily rotated however I’ll say it again the clamp as a whole just needs a redesign

Pros: The stand makes it more sturdy and creates less unwanted flex than the flexible goosenecks, which are all terrible at holding anything bigger than a cellphone. Most bend points can be tightened to the desired stiffness, so it’s adjustable too.
Cons: The attachment to the base of the stand has no tightener, it is loose, meaning that it will rotate freely and not hold position. This renders the stand almost useless since it will slowly swivel back to only one position when let go. But I found a fix, cut a small thin piece of paper and ram it down into the stand hole, now it has some stiffness to it. I find ramming often fixes issues.

Also, when I type the phone doesn’t move much, not even close to the gooseneck type. The clamp is firm and there are tightening screws on both “elbows” of the phone holder. I’m very satisfied and I hope it will last, time will tell. For now I’m very happy and I rate this product 5*.
7-MONTH UPDATE
I’m changing my review to 2* from 5* as the socket ring that holds the phone tight has become very loose and can no longer hold the phone in place so it just hangs and so the whole device is completely unusable. Looking at the product from close it looks like the plastic ring that held the phone in the socket has snapped which is ridiculous after using it for barely a few months. I stopped using the device two months ago as it was irritating me but took it out again today to give it another try but I guess it’s going to the bin instead. £18 down the drain and I’m without a phone holder. I’m incredibly annoyed.

In my original review, by clamp, I meant baseplate, where it mounts onto the table. However, when Ugreen support contacted me, they might have mistaken clamp for the phone clamp, and sent this (and i quote): “As regards the material of the clamp, the metal is still and may damage the paint or glass of phones. Please do not worry about it.” That doesn’t seem to instill confidence in their own product, I wouldn’t use a phone without a case, but i know people who do. Hm…original review below.
I just received this today. The build quality is excellent, most of it appears to be machined aluminum or steel, except for the base – that was plastic, and was my first concern for worry, and first “uh-oh” moment. The clamp allows for multiple directions of attachment for the arm, but is again plastic. Plastic which can easily crack, deform, bend, break, especially when exposed to harsher conditions (cold/hot/etc.) The arm itself holds a phone fine, without any issue. Once I put on an ipad, the entire arm started to sag. This isn’t some large 12.9″ ipad pro, it’s a regular ipad 9.7″. The arm could not hold the ipad, and tightening the joints did nothing. There was no proper way to “lock” the joints, and the support the springs give is just not enough, and the springs also don’t provide consistent force all the way around (ie, at the top, it almost held the ipad, but once the top arm was parallel to the ground, it could not hold). This is a common issue with this type of arm design, and usually requires some sort of adjustable tensioning, that increases support as the load moves farther away from the center axis, and imparts more downards force over the joint. This does not exist on this arm. There isn’t even additional support that you could “add” onto the arm out of the box.
The joints, as I’ve mentioned, are all plastic, and within the 10 minutes I’ve been setting it up, I’ve already observed noticeably “peel” and deterioration on the joints.
Extremely dissapointed, and would not recommend. However, if you are dead set on this, buy 2 so that you can “double up” the springs on one, turning the second one into a donor piece.

This is my second stand of this type (the previous one was a different manufacturer), and I’m guessing the same issue I had previously will occur, which is that the metal holding the lower springs will bend and eventuallly break. I use my stand a lot, taking it with me to various places for meetings etc.
This stand is much lighter than my previous one, but there’s a huge issue that the designers should have seen straight off. The pictures show the issues, which are that the rotating screw on the clamp impacts on whatever it’s attached to, and the tilt screw impacts on the collar around the ball joint. Both make it very difficult to adjust tightness effectively and easily. Just 5mm shorter diameter would have solved both issues.
Aside from these niggles, I’m happy with the stand, and the clamp to hold your phone or tablet works very well, holding both my Samsung Tab S5e and Galaxy S10 Plus effectively without me being nervous! The reach and height of the arm are spot on for my needs, which are hampered by the fact I don’t see very well, so have to have the tablet very close to my face.
Had it not been for the issues I’ve highlighted, this would be a 5 star product.

I can’t believe this thing actually works as intended! I was very skeptical that it would be able to hold my Samsung Tab A 10.1″… but it does it no problem! Sure there is a little bit of shake when you touch it, but I feel like it’s secured enough that I don’t have to worry about it dropping on my face.
I have the clamp anchored to the window sill right next to my bed. And the arm extended so that the my tablet is hovering 2 to 3 feet above my bed. You have to make sure that the anchor is secured on a flat thick surface for this thing to work well. Highly recommend this for all the lazy-in-bed-youtubing!

So I’d originally brought this to hold my old note 8.0 (the tablet not the phone) on my desk by attaching this to the leg however due to the design of the clamp it’s not possible as the very bottom of the arm collides with the desk when you side holes in the clamp aka if you you the side holes you can only point it away from the desk, normally at this point I’d return the item as this is shockingly ill thought design, however I’d previously had given to me a gooseneck style holster for my newer tablet an iPad however it never worked, can barely hold its own weight, so figured I’d give this a go,however the clamp is too big to fit on my window seal so I’d cut out a 1.5 by 5 cm chunk of the plaster board below the window seal and was able to get the clamp to fit and it worked, it could easily hold the iPad even at full extension, however it kept rotating as the clamp bows apart when griping something to the point where the top is not flat but slanted causing the whole thing to rotate on its own (at this point I would normally give this a 1 star review) however I had an idea to use some old rubber feet on the under side to help it horizontal again and so far this mostly works, so all in all this is the best tablet holder I’ve seen but since all the others don’t even support a tablet so it’s a pretty low bar to achieve, however ugreen really needs to compleatly redesign the clamp as it brings a 5 star product to just 1 star, I would also like to see the rotation of the arm to be made more stiff as there is no adjustment for this and it’s so easily rotated however I’ll say it again the clamp as a whole just needs a redesign

Pros:
The stand makes it more sturdy and creates less unwanted flex than the flexible goosenecks, which are all terrible at holding anything bigger than a cellphone. Most bend points can be tightened to the desired stiffness, so it’s adjustable too.
Cons:
The attachment to the base of the stand has no tightener, it is loose, meaning that it will rotate freely and not hold position. This renders the stand almost useless since it will slowly swivel back to only one position when let go. But I found a fix, cut a small thin piece of paper and ram it down into the stand hole, now it has some stiffness to it. I find ramming often fixes issues.
