Bought this pair of UGG boots as a Christmas present for my wife. Hers had worn out and she was avidly looking for an opportunity to replace them. Christmas gave me the opportunity to provide that to her. Fit was as expected, shipping was great. Happy all around.

Ho acquistato un paio di Ugg Classic Short II n. 38.
Arrivati nei tempi stabiliti.
Proprio come capitato ad alcuni utenti, controllando lo stivale sinistro ho notato che al suo interno è presente l’ologramma ma manca il QR code.
Certa della serietà di amazon e dei prodotti da questo direttamente venduti e spediti ho però pensato di contattare direttamente il servizio clienti Ugg, che mi ha confermato che in alcuni stivali ORIGINALI MANCA IL QR, sostituito dal SOLE(logo UGG).
Per quanto riguarda la vestibilità, io calzo abitualmente un 38 ed ho acquistato un 38, è perfetta. Inizialmente appare forse troppo giusta, facendo pensare che sia necessario un numero in più, ma sono scarpe che si modellano al piede.
Spero di essere stata di aiuto a molti clienti dubbiosi.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t ignore this. My wife bought these for herself and has worn them around for the past couple weeks. She complained that the stain protector wasn’t working, so I took a look at them. As soon as I picked them up, I knew there was a problem. The lining is rough polyester garbage. The ‘leather’ is thin an feels like fake suede. The soles are FOAM. Unfortunately my wife didn’t have the real thing to compare side-by-side, so they seemed fine to he as she never suspected that she would get a counterfeit product.
Make no mistake, you are getting DUPED if you buy these and the seller is laughing at you. This is criminal activity and I’m baffled at how this could possibly be allowed on Amazon. This is the kind of crap you pay $20 for on Canal St. Not even close to the real thing. Infuriating. I’m very disappointed that Amazon isn’t vetting these products…

When my UGG boots arrived, I had it checked for authenticity and they are the real deal. These boots fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I only wished I had waited for Black Friday as the price went down by $30.

Beware Amazon Prime members. If they don’t fit and you need to return them it will cost you! I spent $20 + at Canada Post returning these because they didn’t fit my wife. She is disabled and she was also disappointed that
the boots did not have the tab to help pull them on.

Bought these for my girlfriends birthday thinking I’d found a bit of a bargain. How wrong was I! They look real and at first I thought they were real, even the sole has the exact pattern the real ones do. HOWEVER…the tag on the back just says UGG, not UGG Australia as the real ones do. Also the back should give a bit but on these they were rock hard meaning my girlfriend couldn’t even get her foot in the shoe. The fur also feels rough and cheap.
Very disappointed in Amazon for listing these products and continually allowing them to be sold as its a complete rip off and unfair on customers. So yeah, pay a bit extra to buy the official ones which is what I’m off to do now…

Purchased these Ugg boots for my teenage daughter! She loves them and they fit as expected! She’s a size 7 and we ordered a size 7. Well made, nice and classy looking boot! You can’t beat the price for this high end boot! Highly recommend this product!! Made my daughter happy, so I’m happy 😃

These are actually genuine boots, but I noticed many defects; the UGG logo wasn’t centred on the left boot, the sole on the right had a chunk sticking out and the overall quality was not good. I even compared with a friend who bought Uggs from Schuh and she noticed the same sort of problems. It’s nothing to do with this seller. It’s just that Uggs as a company have stepped down in quality. Still very much worth buying if you aren’t a perfectionist…

Not stupid! Disappointing amazon is even selling these. Compared these side by side to an authentic boot. The fur is so coarse compared to authentic boots and the soles are like plastic. Horrible and not impressed

Muy indignada. Me siento muy estafada. A pesar de las buenas palabras y de una forma muy educada Paula Alonso nos está engañando con la autenticidad de lo que vende de el gran producto que es UGGS. Le Compré en black Friday unas botas UGGS por casi 160e y recibo una muy mala imitación. Hago la devolución y Paula se pone en contacto conmigo directamente, cosa que en ese momento agradecí pensando en su buena voluntad y que había sido un error, me reconoce que no sabe qué ha podido pasar y cuando le pido que no quiero el dinero que me envíe otras auténticas ya que entiendo que su fama como asesora le precede su respuesta es que todo su stock es igual…es decir claramente me dice que no tiene UGGS auténticas cuando las vende a precio de las originales. Me siento con el deber moral de compartir esta mala experiencia porque no quiero que le pase a nadie más…yo me las compré aprovechando el black Friday y confiando en la fama de Paula y ahora me he quedado sin botas y los precios han subido.

Do not waste your money! Cheap fake and nasty. This is what i recieved. Nothing like real uggs. Nothing like the picture! I have a real pair and in comparison these feel and look terrible. The stitching is nothing like the real thing. The sole is plastic. And the material of the boot is rock solid. I’m sending them back first thing tomorrow!

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas there was a slight issue with the liner but she was able to return them to a store where we live and everything worked out well

I have had Uggs over the years and they are a great warm boot, have the beige and now grey, true to size. Quick shipping and great packaging. I don’t wear on icy winters days as not good for that kind of weather but I also wear them in summer, treat them well and they will last a lifetime
