The Slippers look and feel fantastic. I was very excited to receive them despite the price.
Although I am a regular size 10, I ordered sizes 10 and 11 in so I had a choice of fit as I know sizes can vary. The 10’s arrived first. I tried them on and they were very big! I checked the label – uk10. Obviously I knew the next pair ( 11’s) were going to be bigger. I returned both pairs and ordered a 9 as I guessed these were very large slipper sizes. The 9’s arrived and ……….. ridiculously small! They have to go back too. Ive given up on the UGG experience. I think they need to make 1/2 sizes to accommodate all. Very disappointed as I was sooooo looking forward to them.

I purchased these a year ago now as I was fed up with cheaper slippers falling apart after under a years worth of use. I thought as long as these last at least 4 years, it would be the same as buying 4 pairs of cheaper ones. After a years worth of wear, the slippers are on the whole still in one piece, however the inner base liner has worn through on the heal and the soles have worn quite a bit as well. I still hold out hope they will last four years but I doubt it.

Upon examining this product, it is of great quality, workmanship and attention to detail. Having said that, there are some design issues with the product. First of all, because of the lush sheep wool lining, it fits extremely tight on my medium width foot. I am a size NA 9.5 and ordered a 10. Both its girth and length are sub-size-ten thus I was forced to do a lot of stretching if the leather to even get it to fit to the level of no pain. The second issue is that it has a shallow heal, maybe 1 1/4” (40 mm) up the heal plus it has an extremely stiff and thick sole of which combination forces the shallow heal to rub up and down your heal on every step you take. Very miserably uncomfortable feeling. I am thoroughly disappointed with the fit and design, especially after having to wait over a month to get. I wouldn’t recommend the product based on its got and design flaws.

Didn’t come in a UGG box and the soles don’t bend like real ones and the soles don’t display “Australia” I have posted a real ugg sole to show

Depending on the shoe size, my husband wears a 10.5 to 11. He has a high instep. I purchased these slippers for him for Christmas and got him a size 11. I ordered them end of October in order to get them. By end of November, everywhere were sold out of the good UGG slippers. My husband likes a back heel to his slippers, so these worked perfect. He first tried them on with a thin sock and said they were too tight. I told him they were not meant to be worn with socks, they were slippers. He removed his sock and they were a little snug getting on. I explained the sheep piling would wear down and they would become more loose. He wore them all day Christmas and Boxing day. December 27, he told me put his slippers fit perfectly. He put his foot in and one step later his heel was in. Before he had to tug them on with his fingers. As I said, the piling will crush down and they will become more loose. The length could be about a 1/4″ longer for a size 11 as his toes are touching at the end, but not uncomfortably. I would highly recommend. They are a pricey slipper, but the sole is firm is what makes them a step above other slippers, that have flimsy soles … in my humble opinion.
