Having coeliacs and working in an office having a clean toaster to put my bread in and not pick up cross contamination is impossible but these are the perfect solution! Easy to use and clean small and flexible to pack with lunch and a good number per pack to last a long time

I really like these bags. Though in my case, the cheese I used did not melt at all in the toaster, I tried several times, and I noticed I need a far higher temperature to get my home cooked bread to get a tan colour. That is absolutely OK, but for the cheese I needed to put the sandwiches in a microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt the cheese. So, just for a melted cheese sandwich, one may just toast the bread, put on the cheese and pop it in the MW until cheese melts. Garlic or some other condiments may be used.
The bags could be used for many other tasks, for heating pizza, bread sticks, or whatever is slim enough to be put in a toaster.

I bought these for my husband to use at home as well as for traveling (myself and two kids are not gluten-free). It’s much easier than buying another toaster which would also take up counter space. I decided to purchase these bags after reading so many positive reviews and have to say I agree with them! As you can see from the photo, they are quite large and you do end up having to fold the bag in at the sides to fit in a standard sized toaster, but it toasted the bread just fine (with a tiny bit of extra time added to toasting time). I have yet to try making a sandwich in it, but after seeing how well it toasted, I’m pretty confident it will turn out well. The bag washed easily by hand and I love that you get 6 bags. I’m very happy with the purchase (as is my husband)!!

It’s a bit of a flawed product. The bag itself is not large enough for bread without cutting it to fit, then the bag does not really fit into the toaster without some adjustment. As a result the bread burns easily and the back actually burned through. Also curiously the recipes included with the bags do not involve the use of the bag rather a frying pan! I’ll stick to my panini press.

These do a good job of toasting a sandwich in a conventional toaster and they are truly non-stick. However I’ve used one of the bags four times now and it’s starting to split along the top of one of the sides, so they’re obviously not going to last forever. It’s still cheaper for a work lunch than buying from the local toastie shop though.

My husband and I are retired and travel a lot. I can’t tell you how often restaurants assure me that they toast their gluten free breads in dedicated toasters, only to find myself suffering gluten attacks. These bags are saviors. They make it possible to toast my gluten free bread without it being contaminated. This means I can eat breakfast at just about any restaurant as long as I bring my little bags and my own bread.

Très bon produit. Pas juste pour le sans gluten, vous pouvez faire cuire un grille-cheese (entre autre) dans le toaster sans faire de gâchis. Si le sac est trop grand, vous le pliez et sa grille quand même.

Love these to make toasted cheese sandwiches and it works perfect for ppl like me that are Gluten free and can’t use toasters that were used for reg bread. My allergies are so bad I would get real sick so this works great. Great idea for ppl like me to use in the toast at work in the lunch room. Great product 🙂
N.B. –
I wasn’t sure what to expect from these toaster bags but I was impressed by my first two sandwiches! I didn’t butter the outside of my bread, as I was a bit nervous about the possibility of it leaking through, but after one and a half toasting cycles, they didn’t leak any of the melted cheese. I’m looking forward to being creative, adding some tomato, or perhaps some thinly sliced sandwich meat or strips of bacon, to my next sandwich.
They are as easy to use and clean as the product description suggests and I’m going to update my review as to their uses, as well as how they hold up to regular use.
The package provides some recipes, but they appear to be for use with a frying pan. Perhaps they intend for people to create, and then reheat, the sandwiches and French toast. I did consider that the toaster bags would be useful for reheating homemade pancakes and French toast, and hope to test both the recipes and reheating/toasting other foods.
I did wash them by hand with some dish soap, but plan to wash them in the dishwasher next time, to test how they wash best.

Makes a perfect grilled cheese sandwich with no mess. I find that it takes a bit longer compared to ordinary toast but well worth the extra time. Still way less time than making a grilled cheese in the frying pan and no pan to wash out. Easy to reuse. I just wipe it out with a wet cloth and then put it open over a bottle to dry. You do need a bit thicker opening in your toaster. Its a bit tight but i just force it in. No burns, comes out perfect every time. I wish i still had my toaster oven. I would have liked to have tried it in that to see how it works. Overall very pleased with this product.

got these bags and discovered they a kinda are too big for a normal two slot toaster. Will use them for warming up in microwave I guess. cant be bothered to return them. Measure your toaster slot before buying

Normal hovis sliced bread is 1cm too small I have to fold the edge over . Does the job but I would recommend a smaller width one to even fit in the toaster

The toast is soggy in the middle as only the outside is cooked. Will not melt cheese in the sandwich. Disappointing.
