Idéal pour trouver mon chat quand elle se cache dans la maison. Elle porte sonntile au cou sans inconfort et le bruit ne la dérange pas quand je fais sonner.

These do not work do not purchase as they say 200 meters but my cat was 15 feet away from me and it was out of range what a waste of my money

I’ve had RF key finders for a few years and they’ve got me out of many a predicament. So when the last ones stopped working, I decided to go up a notch and bought the 4pack tile mate. Barely audible unless the speaker is face up and very poor range – pretty much need to be in the same room. Right now I’m looking at my dog 10 feet away through a pane of glass and it can’t find the tile around his neck!! If you need to find keys in your own house like I do, then just go with a well recommended RF key finder instead. Much better range, much louder, much cheaper. And while the Tile may have some utility for lost kids or pets in a maojr urban centre, my experience in a mid-size town is the tiles are invisible once out of bluetooth range..

Purchased as a gift! Set up seemed very easy as there were only a few steps.
Downside is that 1/4 tile is broken. Changed the battery and still not working. Since it’s a gift I can’t return it or exchange it because it was for family that lives far away so wouldn’t have time to return and get them a new one! Disappointed as it was a gift and DOESNT work! Not worth it unless tile customer service can send me a new.

We bought this Tracker because we recently moved to a new place and feared our cat would pull a disappearing act on us. Shortly after the Tile arrived, the cat did just that. “Do not worry” said I to the wife; “I will track Lola down with the Tile on her collar”. So I grabbed my phone and started walking, tracking Lola. At first my phone did not picked up any signal. And then…. nope, still nothing. One hour later… still nothing. I gave up and came back inside the home. A couple of hours later, my phone (now sitting on the kitchen) beeped. The cat was staring at me while sitting by the front door. I guess the Tile is a great door bell for cats, but if you intend to use it to track your pet in case it goes on a hike, then it’s worthless.

Let me tell you what the product description and reviews doesn’t tell you:

    – This is supposed to be a Bluetooth tracker, yet you need to enable location on your phone full time or it won’t work.
    – 90% of the time it gets stuck at “Connecting..” then when clicking on it you get an other “hold on few seconds” that turns into minutes every time you need to find your keys!!!!
    – Alexa never works !! Always says “I can’t connect” or “Bluetooth must be turned on”.
    – This thing doesn’t do the one thing it’s design to do; which is finding my keys !!
    – Cheaply made of flimsy plastic
    – And yes the tracker is within the 60 meters range.

One of the worst and expensive gadgets so far and this has been returned the next day.

I’ve used tiles for a few years now. I consider them to be a vital product, because I can be somewhat forgetful, and lose track of small (or even not so small) objects. So the ability to find your keys, or wallet, or purse or whatever, is a tremendous help.

The way it works is pretty cool, you put a tile on your object that you are worried about losing, and then you load the tile app on your phone. Your phone periodically monitors your tile objects and keeps track of them. Then when you tell the app to locate your object, it will try to connect to it via bluetooth. If it is able to connect, it does, and it plays a sound, helping you locate it. If it can’t connect, it shows you where (on a map) it was last able to connect to it, so for example if you left it at work, and you are now at home, you’ll know that you left it at work. Pretty neat!

That said, this product has definitely gotten worse this year. Now when you try to locate an object that you’ve had in your possession, say earlier in the day, and it’s not nearby and you try to locate it, it’ll tell you about where it was a month ago or some such. It’s essentially worthless now for what was a really useful use case. It’s now still very useful for locating things that are nearby, but if it’s not nearby, it’s no longer helpful imo.

Dumb. Dont get this!!! I bought it for my family for christmas, returned it right away. They make you buy it than lure you into buying a monthly plan. You can use the tile fob to find your phone, BUT you have to open the app in order for the tile fob to work. Which doesn’t make sense at all, because how am I gonna open the app if I dont have my phone in the first place. Good invention horrible execution.

Comes in a package with very little info. They tell you to download app. I searched APPLE APP store for “tile” and nothing comes up on my iMac. Then from my Iphone the app comes up. The tutorial videos are out of focus, with loud music and very fast, so basically useless. I got my tiles activated eventually. The app is not intuitive. Often no back button to return to previous menu. After setting up my 2 tiles, when I open up the app it shows only one tile so now I have to find out where “wallet” tile went. If I try and reactivate the wallet tile it tells me it’s already activated, but I can’t find it on screen. I ended up getting a real person on a chat and he showed me how to retrieve the “hidden” tile. by the way the “mate’ has a battery that you can replace. The bigger tiles last 3 years then you need to rebuy one to replace it. Not good! Why only a battery in smallest model??
I think the product has good intentions but the company needs to spend more time developing their app. When I buy a new phone from apple the activation process is seamless. They need to do the same.

I bought this for my husband who seems to always lose his wallet whenever he tries to leave the house. Its great! It takes two seconds to set it up with your phone and its ready to go! When he cant find his wallet he just calls it from his phone and hes out the door! Its just loud enough to hear it but not overwhelming which is perfect for a small place. I really like this product!

Also have an Alzheimer member of the family at home who looses 3 items about every 1 to 2 days. So we are using these to speed up the search on a purse, a wallet, and jewellery box. Needed it in the first 12 hours. it works as long as you don’t remove the tags or slim cards which fidgety older people can do. So over longer term will see how effective it is and if battery life lives up to product description. Use 2020 ones and use thin ones in wallets, square tags on purses or key chains and stickers on things like jewellery box as long as they actually stick. Phone can be dialed by Amazon Echo command or Google command and the tile app. or you can use any of the tiles if you enable them to call your phone so product is neat. Its not GPS its bluetooth so if a pet would go to something more distance focused. These products work up to 200 or 400 feet depending on the product.

It’s only useful if the thing you have lost is in your house, if you lose anything in the rest of the world it’s pretty useless, no GPS, no ability to find your item on a map outside of Bluetooth range. Tried it out in Central London no one with another tile walked past it at all. So no chance of retrieving anything lost in the city. Does not remember the location if your Bluetooth is turned off on your phone which can drain the battery. Overall a bit of a waste of money.
