Its cute but 2 sizes too big ,the manufacturer said to size up and i did ,it was a mistake i should have gone down .
I have not found a way to contact them to exchange for 2 sizes smaller
I have tried to contact CS and the manufacturer, because it says at the bottom of the size chart that if you get the wrong size they will send one for free,well if can certainly say IT IS NOT TRUE! They did not even respond to my questions ,also no one is sending me a free replacement

The first picture is what I ordered and payed for, the second picture is what I got. Extremely disappointed, waited so long for my rings to arrive and opening the package to reveal only one ring and the color wasn’t even what I wanted. The ring seems nice and it’s soft/smooth but not what I ordered.

Literally written on the item that if it’s not the right fit, seller will send a new pack in the right size. Seller ignored message when I contacted them, so had to initiate return, now I have to send them back for a refund. So much for ‘no hassle replacement’
Rings are bigger than stated and stretch out even more after 2 days of wear. Disappointed.

I ordered a set of 8 different coloured rings and received 1 purple ring which was not even one of the colours ordered. I didn’t know my ring size so measured using instructions given and the ring was 2 sizes too big, better to get a proper ring measurement.
