The sizes are standard and accommodate most recipe sizes. The look is so attractive that I avoid having to put food from the oven pan to a serving plate – less dishes to wash and it looks nice on the table along side my dishes and pretty enough to take right from oven to a party and set on buffet table. The inside ceramic glaze is also non porous so food does not stick, avoiding extensive scrubbing. Intelligent shipping in layers and all arrived in perfect condition. Substantial and sturdy enough, makes a great gift.
