Love it, it’s just way too long. Even after adjusting as far as I possibly could, without moving my camera to my back, it would sit at mid thigh. I am 5 foot 5 inches for reference. Luckily it was an easy fix, if you know how to sew, I took some seems out to move the clasps around and now I can rest it comfortably on my hip. Granted I haven’t had a chance to use it since I did the change.

what a scam. the description said it includes
    1 x Sugelary camera strap
    1 x Quick release plate
    1 x SD card case
    1 x Lens cap rope
    1 x Microfiber cloth
    1 x Safety tether

it only comes with straps and nothing else. Not even plate in the box. Highly not recommend to buy this strap

So I like to vlog whilst walking the dog, but she poops literally at least 5 times. With a regular neck strap it would hang down as I am bending over to clean up after the dog. With this I can just hook it to my side with no problem at all, every time she poops. It also doesn’t hang in the way when I’m Bending over. The shoulder part of it seems kind of unnecessarily big. Yet maybe it has to be that big to be comfortable?

For 20 bucks though, I’m very satisfied. Its become my main neck strap.

I have a Nikon d7100 and was getting a lot of neck strain so ordered this. Very nicely made , padded with a zipper pocket at the shoulder, and sturdy. I removed the plate it came with and just clip the secondary safety strap to my tripod plate since it lives on my camera full time. I slipped on a couple sizes of buckle style lens cap holders and like my set up. I still guard my camera with my hands while walking, scrambling, etc because old habits die hard, but this strap is well made and has metal clips. Only one complaint-I’d like a clip on adjustable cross body stabilization strap since I’m hiking, and because the material is a bit slippery. A word of caution-when you unclip it from the plate (yours or theirs) don’t just let go of your camera. Your camera will still be held by the main straps, but will drop down your leg several inches. It’s a good product, just takes a little getting used to. Happy shooting

I have been an amateur photographer since the 1960’s. I am using this strap with a Nikon D5200 with either a 55-300mm kit lens or a Sigma 150-500mm zoom attached. With the Sigma attached the camera/lens combo weighs well over 6 pounds. Using a foam-padded conventional strap I was ready for traction after half an hour with that weight around my neck, and had a stiff neck from the lighter combo. Friday, while shooting birds and odonata I carried the Nikon/Sigma in the field for three hours using this strap with absolutely no discomfort. Where has this strap been all my life?

From opening the box to having the strap useable on the camera took maybe 3 minutes, including taking the components out of the protective plastic bags. It’s incredibly simple. In use I found the strap to be flawless. With my camera slung at hip level I simply brought it to eye level to shoot. The strap did not interfere with the motion because the glide rings travel freely. The strap attaches to the camera or lens tripod lug, but did not interfere with mounting the camera on my Manfrotto tripod, strap still attached. The safety leash and length adjustment is pure genius

I don’t recall ever doing an Amazon review before, but I wanted to comment on this strap because I’m so impressed. It’s an amazing value in my opinion. If that wasn’t enough, my package also included an unadvertised lens cloth, lens cap leash, and an SD card holder. Disclaimer: I’m a 70+ year old guy in Oregon. I have no links to either the seller nor Amazon except as an end user.

I looked at maybe 40 sling straps before buying this one and I am very pleased with it. I began using it to test it out and this is very versatile and user friendly. you can tighten or loosen the strap with one hand. All the connecting parts are solid metal which is great. The shoulder strap is very comfy. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I wanted to replace the typical brand name 2 point strap that was with my camera. Since I’m not a professional photographer I wanted to go budget friendly. The build quality of the strap is quite well done. The mount that attaches to the camera is terrible.

A bulky bit of steel with a big wheel right in the way if you go to hold your camera in portrait. It does have a screw mount for a tripod base plate but makes it unwieldy (I like to keep my tripod plate on 100% of the time). I removed the strap plate and don’t use it, and rather that I routed the tether through the on camera strap mounts and with the excess strap material I tie off to the quick detach steel loop in case the quick detach is accidentally hit (pics to show exactly what I did). Once I did that and fitted the whole system to my body it worked out great and holds nicely on my right hip (Can be setup for left side carry as well).

The quick detach buckles are a plastic “security” style, meaning to unlock them you must press down on a third spot. Not thief proof but better then nothing. I would trust this strap system for leisurely, touristy work, and I can wear it under a light unzipped jacket which denies would be thieves access to the buckles or access to cutting the straps. Leaving just the camera on my hip to worry about. I would not go on an tour of the African wilds with this strap.

There are also 2 quick adjust keepers that set how far down your camera sits and another to lock it there. If you don’t lock it at the bottom and you go to bend over the sling will work as intended and allow the camera to slide away from the body, but with the second keeper it keeps the camera tighter to your body and keep it from swinging into a table or bench you are leaning over. The shoulder strap is a nice and wide neoprene that is very comfortable and has plenty of air holes to help prevent perspiration. It also has a D-ring to allow attachment of what ever you may desire.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would purchase again if the need arose. 4 of 5 stars because that metal mount plate could have been better designed.

Not sure why I waited so long to drop in on such an affordable product. It is everything it claims to be and it’s very comfortable. I didn’t have any issues with adjustments as other reviewers have noted. I’m 6″1″ and I personally like having my camera slightly below my waist. The first thing I noticed when I put it on was that it was by default set up too short and the sliders are set close together (sliders keep the camera from moving side to side). I like to take vertical shots and noticed when my camera is vertical , it pulled on the strapping, forcing me to adjust my jacket. I simply adjusted the length so that my camera was slightly below my waist, and moved the upper slider to its highest position and I was able to easily without restriction bring the camera quickly to my eye, vertically or horizontally. The mount and tether do distract and get in the way during vertical shooting, but nothing I’m really fussing about as this sling is of a much better quality then others I’ve seen. If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable sling that feels safe then I’d suggest to start here. For that price point you really can’t be sorry.

The only con I found was that the mount does slide a bit as my camera and lens are quite heavy. The tightening knob on the mount seams to be made of a hard plastic. I had to really crank on it to keep the mount from sliding. Perhaps the tightening wheel on the mount could be made of steel as I feel I may break it in the future, but so far no problems.

Edited Feb 2021 after 6 months of use. This strap is garbage. Today I noticed that the metal has worn away on the plate where the strap hooks in. Thankfully caught it before the camera dropped. Save your money and your camera, don’t buy this.

Edited after a couple months use – this strap Is terrible. The screw comes loose all the time, I do not recommend this strap at all.

This strap is too long. I’m 5’6 so not overly short but even adjusted to it’s shortest length, the strap is too long. As well, the first time I went to use it, the plate came loose and had I not had a hand on the camera, it would have hit the ground. Really disappointed.

I wanted a sling strap that was comfortable and had the ability to mount to a tripod without removing the mounting plate. I must say that the strap is very comfortable and balances the weight very well. The sliders are quite beneficial however, I did break one out in the field as the safety tether strap got caught underneath as I closed it. The damage was minimal and the slider still functions perfectly though. My only concern is that the wheel on the mounting plate is plastic. I fear this might break if I tried to carry my larger tele lens so I don’t risk it. I use this strap to carry my D7200 with a 300mm zoom lens. This combo doesn’t weigh a ton but can get heavy around the neck during the course of a day. This strap makes this combo feel like you’re not carrying anything at all.
