This works surprisingly well. For people living in small spaces and/or without a dishwasher, this beats having a dish rack sitting out taking up valuable counter space. It is always dry by morning, and I never find water pooling underneath. It absorbs everything and dries quickly. Between washes if I spill or splash anything, it wipes off easily with a soapy wet sponge. I wish I’d known about these years ago!

This drying mat is a great size for large dishes/ pots or just for regular hand washed dishes if you’re without a dishwasher. I was looking for something that wasn’t a quatrefoil or floral pattern to upgrade my ugly apartment kitchen. Marble veining is a unique pattern so I wasn’t expecting it to be identical to the photo or other reviewers but the “marble” print seems to be missing from the lower half.

God knows I tried so many things but they always got smelly and disgusting and they don’t even absorb that much water. THIS ONE IS PERFECT. It absorbs a whole lot of water, like really… It doesn’t get smelly or disgusting, Easily throw it in the washing machine and it comes out as good as new, I even put it in the dryer afterward.

I reordered this product so when I am washing the teal trellis drying mat, I can still dry dishes on another. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because I got the marbled design instead of the white trellis that I actually ordered. I’m going to keep it because it doesn’t matter all that much and it’s too much hassle to return it and wait for another. Plus the white trellis was on sale for around $12 and the marble was $16… so I guess I won!?

This makes your sink area look very nice and sophisticated, especially if you have similar coloured counter tops. Ours are a dark grey marbled colour, however this compliments it very nicely as I did not want to do anything too colourful. It’s a nice big size with plenty of room.

Hated constantly cleaning plastic dish rack. I found this mat looking for a solution. This mat does exactly what I was looking for. To test it, I overloaded it with soaking wet dishes to dry overnight. Before going to sleep I felt the mat and it was soaking wet. I expected to find it still wet in the morning. It was BONE DRY!! And Machine Washable! (insert happy dance)

Ordered cream cause it was the lightest color available. Received it and it looks nothing like the photos in the description. As you can see it’s more beige brown and has a brown border, which is not shown in the photos.
