When I received this product from Cell Phone DIY IT was defective
I sent it back then company argued me that product was not defective. And would only agree to 50% refund.
I do not agree with this. I am extremely dissatisfied with the resolution and the lack of customer service.

Like product, except for when putting bottle into place to carbonate, have to hold pressure on bottom of bottle. As it doesn’t lock into place, when using pressurized CO2 gas. Could be a danger if young child tried to use.

Gefällt mir sehr gut, obwohl ich den Vorgänger mit Schraubverschluss hatte, und mir zunächst nicht sicher war, ob das auch hält und dicht bleibt..
Hat aber alles perfekt geklappt.

It’s ok if you don’t mind having no instructions in English. There was an illustrated guide which helped but I had to download an instruction manual from a website to be sure.
Apart from that I like it, it’s easy to use and I will save on plastic but it won’t persuade my partner to give up his diet coke!

My product was dead on arrival. Followed all instructions multiple times with experienced user; seems that “fizz” button on top is not properly connected to carbonation, so nothing happens when pushed.
Edit: Amazon customer service was prompt at addressing this issue. I have since replaced the unit and upon first trial, the new machine works. I will update my rating further after continued use.

Product packaging came beat up and damaged, the item works and performs fine but is way overpriced, ended up finding the product at a local store for 30% less, and the shipping was extremely slow. Not impressed…

Please note that despite having bought this when it was available two weeks ago under PRIME, I was unable to return the item which was a gift, and therefore unopened in any way. It does not state anywhere on the page that the item, when still sealed, can not be returned.
NOT a good gift option unless you’re certain it won’t need to be returned.

I decided to use this for a week before writing this review.
After having a Soda Stream Source for 6-7 years we finally wore it out. I thought this would be a decent replacement, it isn’t.
Followed the instructions to the T, even cooling the water beforehand (and unnecessary step with our old one). This Fizzi takes twice as long to carbonate a bottle and even still it doesn’t give us the same “big” bubble we had loved with the old machine. Not to mention the mess it makes. Yes, even taking your time filling a bottle you end up with water squirting out the top.
Really disappointed because we go through 6-8 of those bottles a day and we already own 4 CO2 bottles.
Going to try to find a NOS Soda Stream Source somewhere out there on the web.
Would not recommend.

Worked fine for aw
Bout a month. Then the bottlel would not seal at the top. I bought a new set o 3 bottlel. None of them would seal. I contacted the sell and they said not yheir problem contact Soadastream so i did. I registered my product and filed a complaint. They ignored the complaint and requests for help. Now i have a useless machine and 4 bottels that arnt good for mich else.
I would give this machine a zero and both the supplier the same.
Dont expect any customer service for this product.
