I just used my machine for the first time and I like it very much except for three things.
First, the cord is way too short. I don’t like the fact that you have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in when you’re using it. The cord needs to be at least 10′ longer.
Second, you can’t shut it off at the machine. You have to unplug it if you have to move something.
Third, it doesn’t have a resting mat, so that you can leave it to cool without harming your floors.
I DO like the cleaning pads. They do a wonderful job cleaning the floors with little effort.

It is very light and cleans very well. It was worth the money. Works great on the hardwood floors and leaves them looking clean and polished.

This is my second steam mop. I also have a more expensive Bissell steam mop. Both work great. This one is lighter and the steams come out fine. I use it after my vacuum robot is done, and my floor looks/feels super clean. One reminder to the people getting your first steam mop though: It is a mop after all. So it is good at removing stains and making your floor look sparkling clean. But it cannot clean well if the floor is dusty. It will only push the dust/dirt around.

I had an H2O mop, that broke, and I’m so glad I chose to replace it with this one!! It’s so much easier to use, lighter, and cleans WAY better! Not to mention costs less as well! Win win win win! Awesome!

This mop is so easy to use. I had mopped my floor with a swifter wet mop just prior… but there was still dirt stuck in all the tiny grooves of this laminate floor.
I did a couple passes over the floor with the steam mop, without applying pressure, and look at the difference!

Does not get very hot. So it really doesn’t feel like steaming the floors. If you have had an H20 mop then this is a HUGE downgrade…do not do it. Also… what all the reviews failed to mention is that you have to press down on the handle as you mop to release steam… it gets arduous and annoying after a while. Stick with your H20 MOP… so much better and well worth the extra money! This item is NOT worth it even if its at a lower price point!

Es un instrumento que deberían tener en todas las cosas. Es regalado de usar, no necesitas usar químicos, limpia super bien y no tienes la monserga de andar escurriendo jergas y tirando y cargando botes de agua por todos lados…

THIS IS AFTER I USED A MOP AND BUCKET 🤮🤢
Cord length is a bit short, I have 1300 sqft of hardwood/tile on my main floor & had to change sockets 3 times. Didn’t leave streaks. CLEARLY cleans A LOT better then a normal mop & bucket. Lots of steam. Comes with 2 pads. VERY happy with my purchase & it was a great price!

Using a sponge mop and hot water is far superior. Take $70 cash in your hands, shred the bills and throw them in the trash – this is exactly what I did.
I bought this in September. I haven’t been able to use it until today. It’s going to the lobby. Maybe someone who has never used similar steamers won’t know the difference between a great product and a lowsy one.
Plus, using a trigger is much easier. All of this coming from a diehard Shark loyal customer.

Someone told me to get this for deep cleaning. I live in a 850sqft apartment. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. 2 kids. I’ve been using a robot mop for the last 2 months in this place and the picture is from one mopping session.

I rarely write reviews but had to on this one. DO NOT waste your money on this product! It is so cheaply made and does not steam but instead spits out cold water. There is no on/off switch so on order to get any steam you have to ridiculously pump the handle. You may get one burst of steam but then no steam just cold water comes out. I feel like I just spread germs all over my kitchen instead of cleaning anything. This may be the worst product I’ve purchased off of Amazon in the past 10 years. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. Super disappointed.
