I’m a big dude – 240lbs and on my feet on concrete floor most of the day. I bought them a few months ago for the very attractive price and figured I’d probably sacrifice some comfort. I was wrong – these are very comfortable even after a whole day. They look great (especially after the initial shininess has worn off), and the stitching and materials seem to be way higher quality than you could possibly expect for this price.

The construction of these boots is perfectly fine, and they seem quite rugged so far – just not quite comfortable enough to make me continue using them. Admittedly, the slight pinching on the inner upper arches I’ve experienced with these boots could simply be due to my own foot shape, but coupled with a rather loose ankle support, they simply aren’t comfortable enough for my daily use on a building site

I go through a pair of boots every three months, with most boots typically failing due to excessive toe wear which eventually exposes the steel to cap. These boots do look and feel sturdy enough to offer at least as much longevity, namely at least three months, as other boots I’ve purchased previously.

If you’re one of those people lucky enough to have the right foot shape for these boots, then these will probably work well for you, but if you don’t like boots with a fairly loose ankle support, and these are – even for slip-ons, then you may want to think twice before buying.

I have had these for a while now, the best part of 6 months. They have retained their quality and finish very well. They have remained waterproof and have not split despite me wearing them daily. The souls are nice and thick and are good shock absorbers. The insoles have worn away but I have replaced them and it’s fine now. I think it is worth paying a little more for work shoes if you are going to wear them everything. Since getting these boots my legs have not been aching anymore and my knees have been fine despite having problems with them in the past. I will get them again.

I use these boots on the farm. I spend hours in mud sometimes. They easily slip on and off for a quick coffee or lunch break. Lightweight. The sock they supply are to small for me so I give them to my daughter who has glass slipper feet. She loves the bamboo socks. You are not insured if you use them for work because they are not CSA rated. They are fine for me on the mini farm. They have a toe cap. That’s what’s important for me. I have some expensive Bluntstones that have never fit that well because of my wide EEE size foot. I call these boots my Chongstones. They fit great. They are priced right and last long enough with some care.

A Few weeks ago I bought a Safetoe Shoe from Amazon and I must say you have an amazing Product. I have been using steel toe safety shoes the last 12 years and I am so glad I found your product was the lightest among all the steel toes that I have ever worn. The weight of the shoe is something that lot of the manufacturers fail to specify as we stay on our feet for 9-10 hours a day and I must say your shoe is really light ..it is one of the most important aspects of buying a safety shoe
As a customer I wanted to buy a shoe that was light and I was not so sure when I ordered your product online but when I wore it I was so happy. It was so light .And hey it’s an amazing design too, a lot of my colleagues at work say it’s a great shoe…and for me the greatest thing is it feels so light….and comfortable and I am 60 years old so obviously i cannot walk around with a heavy shoe.
As a suggestion I would request if you would be able to give us the weight of the shoe in your future products as like me a lot of consumers will be looking for a light shoe especially Amazon gives a lot of specifics about your shoe but not the weight .Great Product and I’m very happy. Thank you

I’ve been using 3days so far at the car wash/detailing shop. Anti-slip works, safety tow works and light. One thing it doesn’t qualified CSA though. I’m very satisfying this product. Thanks
