A pesar de su tamaño tan pequeño, da la presencia de bajos que necesitaba. La instalación es de lo más sencilla y la calidad de los materiales del producto es muy buena. Estoy pensando en comprar otro igual para poner debajo del otro asiento.

This sub helps balance out the 5.25″ / 4″ speaker set in my hatchback. It takes it from next to no bass to a noticeable kick and in some cases, it’s enough to make the rearview shake. That said, even on my low powered system, it’s next to impossible to find the right combination of gain, bass boost, crossover etc that works for everything. There are noticeable dead spots at certain frequencies and overexaggerated bass at others which has me riding the remote level knob from track to track. This knocks one second and flubs all over the place another.
Of course, this is a very inexpensive 8″ slim sub, and for what it is, it seems to perform pretty well if you keep your expectations in check. I’m not about to go back to no bass but I’m definitely left wanting for more. In this category, maybe this is as good as it gets?

Having everything included to install it as well as the remote sound adjustment which includes frequency , level and phase makes this sub perfect for most small applications where you want sound that is realistic, having the instant sound adjustment makes it very desirable. I will probably buy another for a different vehicle I have as it is probably the best bang for the buck you can get in powered subs. Oh, and it was delivered in two days))))

La verdad que para el tamaño, suena muy bien. Es solo para tener presencia de bajos, pero si lo da a buen nivel. Lo único que debes colocarlo debajo de un asiento. No en la parte de atrás porque los bajos serán débiles. Y conecta el control a distancia, ya que por alguna razón, eso ayuda a que de más bajos. No es para que brinque el carro de bajos ni te escuchen a 2 cuadras.!!! Pero si mejorará bastante el sonido de agencia.!!!

Hi I have an audi q7 2008 and came with a factory sub. My friend got the same audi q7 2009 but his did not come with sub. So he ask if I can help him with one. I came across this rockville sub on Amazon check it out and even call the company for more information on the sub. I buy it and when I got it it was so easy to put it on and it made a big difference. I’m now thinking about getting one for mu passat. Thank you so much for your help. Rockville. Love 💘 and my friend also is enjoying his music 🎶 more loudly now then before.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Lo instale en mi Suzuki swift 2019 debido a que el audio deja mucho que desear a volúmenes altos.
Mi intención era quitarle bajos a las bocinas incluidas en mi auto y complementar con este subwoofer para poder subir más el volumen total sin que distorsionara y funciono tal y como esperaba.
Creo que este sistema está enfocado a reforzar los bajos de autos que tienen sonido de agencia, no para hacer vibrar las ventanas de los vecinos.
Tamaño
Me sorprendió lo compacto que es e incluso crei (por su tamaño) que no cumpliría con mis espectativas. Cabe debajo del asiento de mi auto y es casi imperceptible. Prácticamente no ocupa espacio y no estorba. Cabe recalcar que mi auto es muy pequeño y aún así pasa desapercibido.
INSTALACIÓN
La instalación será tan fácil como tu auto lo permita. En mi caso fue sencilla y no tengo experiencia en instalación aunque si tengo conocimientos de electrónica y herramientas.
Solo necesitas conectar voltaje y fuente de audio, es todo.
CALIDAD DE AUDIO
Si tus espectativas son moderadas entonces tiene un buen sonido, es de cajón sellado por lo cual lo hace carecer de las frecuencias más bajas, pequeño precio a pagar por su tamaño tan compacto. Tienes que invertir un tiempo para ajustarlo a tus necesidades.
CALIDAD
La calidad de construcción es muy buena, es aluminio vaciado, lo cual le da mucho peso. El calor se dicipa en la carcasa. La parrilla que protege la bocina es de metal.
EN RESUMEN
Hasta el momento me siento satisfecho, hace lo que se supone y cumple con mis espectativas. No me gustó el led azul del potenciómetro, brilla demasiado, debieron utilizar un led rojo con menos brillo.

I was skeptical at first with a spare tire subwoofer, I was thinking the bass would be reduced because of the rubber absorbing the frequencies but it’s not the case, I’m actually impressed how good it sound! The bass is deep, clear and powerfull, and it doesn’t take any trunk space in my Mazda CX-5 2016. It fit perfectly after trimming the top of the holding screw, and it include all the wiring needed top connect it. If anyone else try to install this on a CX-5, I ended up connecting the subwoofer to the amp harness that is located on the right side of the car behind the glove box. I could not find any diagram for the radio harness for the 2016 model, but there’s some available for the amp harness. Hope it help someone else, if you’re in doubt don’t hesitate, buy this.

If you want to enjoy the music with a little bit more bass,then this is your subwoofer.i fixed it in my dodge caravan’s factory head unit and now it sounds amazing.Moreover it won’t take your trunk space,I fixed it under the 3 row seat.,installation is super easy,take the output from 2 speakers and run the power wires,it’s done,it have the auto on/off function which is great.Overoll,great product.
The only hard part is to tune the amplifier.

Installed this unit in my 2015 Civic Si sedan. Very impressed with the sound quality of this unit. Not going to rattle your brain type of bass obviously, but very happy with the extra low end that this unit gave my car. Super easy to install with the auto-on feature when tapping into the high level outputs of the speakers. Great bang for your buck, easy install, and overall great little unit 👍

No dislike. This is exactly what I was expecting. Easy to install and sounds great. Not the type of speaker to blow your hair but will definitely add the punch to your system that you can feel in your seat. Should fit in any vehicle.
I knew going in I was looking for additional kick for 13ish spare tire hidden type of application. So this 8 inch sub sounds amazing for it’s size and could be mistaken for much larger size. Very satisfied. Including the dimensions provided by Rockville if it helps anyone making a decision to purchase.

I have a 2007 sport trac without infinity system. Just 4 speakers, nothing special. After reading reviews I decided to buy the sub with amp. Well, after installing and setting up the sub woofer, I am super happy I bought it. You get lots of bass, and you can feel it. Just enough to make a great sounding system. Like a lot of other reviewers I don’t need the big thumper of a sub woofer, and I don’t have to spend a lot of money to get a good bass sound. I mounted the sub behind rear seat below the window where the factory one would go.
