The luggage set is very nice… but the company that provides customer service for Rockland, a company by the name of Fox Luggage Inc., are a complete bunch of scammers and will not honor the warranty.
When I purchased this product, I noted that there was a 5 year warranty. The medium sized suitcase lost the expansion zipper and a wheel through regular use (after 4-5 flights) in under a year. I contacted Fox Luggage and they basically said that they were not going to honor the warranty. Amazon only covered a very limited amount of time and the regular return policy no longer applied.
Again, Fox Luggage Inc. are a bunch of scammers, do not buy this product. It makes more sense to buy a comparable product from a physical retail store that you can return the product to if required.

Buen acabado en materiales y genial diseño, el interior también tiene detalles muy bonitos.
Las ruedas están excelentes, viene cada maleta con su candado. Ahora si que están buenas, bonitas y baratas.

Very good quality, resilient. Though, the locks with code provided are getting stuck easily (I had to cut one – even if the code was correct – to be able to open the suitecase). Despite this flaw, I would definitely recommend the product

Delivered as expected. Looks nice but color is lighter than picture. It is more like yellow. Careful using the locks that went with the bags. It does not open. The carry-on luggage DOES NOT meet the United Airlines size requirement. It does not fit in the sizing cubicle so I have to check it in.

The set is nice and wheels roll well but the big luggage broke on my second flight so I am not impressed with the quality of the material if it can’t even sustain 2 trips.

Bought this set for our trip to Asia. It held up through for the whole trip, including carrying 40-50 lbs in each piece up and down a flight of metro stairs in Hong Kong, and Japan. Full rotating wheels were a great convenience also. Very surprised on durability and price for this set. Even includes combination locks for each piece.

Purchased this. Set of luggage for my wife’s sister as a gift for her sixth Birthay . She was very pleased and was impressed as to the construction and guality of the product. She was also very pleased that the sizes of the luggage will meet different travel plans.

One trip, first time using. A wheel broke off the large case and as we kept moving, the bottom started to buckle creating nothing but grief for our trip. Absolutely disappointed in this product. It seemed like a good deal at first but obviously you get what you pay for. No, I do not recommend this to anyone unless you want to use it for storage or travel as far as the other side of the street. The carry on is just a touch too big to fit smoothly into overhead compartments of any airplane. The locks are complete junk, many failed to open if used more than once, and one actually fell apart in my hands as I was trying to unlock it. I had to get a hotel maintenance fellow to cut one off.
