I wanted a different chair that had a USB massage option on it. It was delayed, so i cancelled it and ordered this chair as it would be delivered fast.
Well this chair was delayed. Now I got it and I wish I stuck with the other. The arms are too wide and the chair is too stiff.
O well. I’m not going through the hassle of return. Amazon…ya failed me this time.

I don’t know how this chair feels,it’s missing The part that screws into the bottom of the chair for the leveler. my nephew now has a huge chair in pieces all over his bedroom floor!

Great support on both back and the neck. Build quality feels premium and it the chair feels very smooth and comfortable for 7+ hours of gaming/working. No creaking noise and flexible in terms of adjusting seat angles. In summary, it has got to be the best chair available for less than 300 dollar price point. Very satisfied and I would recommend this to anyone!

I work and game at home at a desk, so a comfortable chair is the most important investment for me. I’ve gone through a lot of “ergonomic office chairs” that I regreted buying almost immediately after so this time I decided to try something different and buy a gaming chair because I’d heard they’re the most comfortable and adjustable to allow for long periods of gaming, and it’s true! I feel like I’ve stumbled onto a secret that only those “in the know” know about, and that secret is that “gaming chairs” also make great work chairs (who knew!). This Matrix gaming chair is without a doubt the best chair I’ve ever owned, it’s fully adjustable and super comfy with lots of room to relax, so now I’m work and video-game ready!

My kid is at the age that playing video games is the most important thing. As a parent, I want a better chair to support my kid so after a little research, I found this chair.
The chair was shipped very fast and was well packaged. The assembly instructions are clear and the actual process was very easy with the included tool and with the help of my kid.
After assembling, the first impression is that the chair is well made. The color is as described.
The chair is very comfortable to sit on, The support in the back and head area is very good.
The armrest can move around so it’s easy to get up.
The most important feature is the chair can recline to 180 degrees, which is very cool after a long hours of working or gaming, you can relax without leaving the chair.
The wheels of the chair move smoothly.
The height of the chair can be adjusted easily as well.
Overall, this chair is worth the money and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

2 things wrong when chair arrived:
1. It was missing a screw for the base of the chair to attach to the bottom part. The fabric wasn’t even punctured with a screw like the other 3 so it was never there to begin with. I took a screw from one of the arm rests to compensate.
2. The lumbar support pillow doesn’t sit right because one of the strap attachments is way off and closer to the opposite side so it literally can’t sit straight cause the straps are not even aligned properly. Its way off, not just a little to the side or anything.
Will have to get used to it or return it as the armrests are far apart and doesn’t feel comfortable for the arms/shoulders. I’m 6’1 so I’m not short. You can pivot the arm rests but you can’t move the armrests laterally like higher end chairs. I knew it was a cheaper chair but at least it can be built like its designed to be and include all the screws.

I’ve been looking for a gaming chair for quite some time now and have been doing tons of online research. Going to rate this gaming chair against the criteria that was important for me as a gamer.
Comfort: 5/5
The bucket style seating feels very similar to a sports car. The seat hugs you as you lean in to it. I love that the cushion is actually a little on the firmer side and not mushy, it will definitely age better than a softer chair. Adjustability on the arm rest height and direction that they are pointing gets you good arm support during gaming. The 180 degree lean function is pretty cool. It also came with an added bonus of a neck support and lumbar support cushions as well, which I have chosen to not use as the chair is comfortable even without them. Definitely more versatile than just a gaming chair. I’d enjoy watching a movie on this too and doing general computer work.
Build Quality: 5/5
High quality materials all around and everything feels solid. The seat material is really nice and has a soft leather-touch like feel. Sitting on this chair, it feels about as sturdy as they come. I think the chair looks more expensive than it actually is, which is a testament to build quality.

This is hands down the best looking gaming chair I have come across. That was the main reason I bought it. The two tone (Black and White) goes fantastic in my office / gaming room. Love the look. The black part of the seat has a carbon fibre look to it. I have posted a bunch of pictures of how it looks against a black, grey, and white gaming room. It fits in perfectly and completes the look of the room. Anyone familiar with beautiful racing seats knows about Recaro – they make seats for high end BMW and Mercedes cars. This looks pretty much exactly like a Recaro.
Ease of Assembly: 5/5
Not much to say here. Took only about 10 to 15 minutes to put this together alone. All assembly materials like an Allen Key / Screwdriver were provided.
Overall Value: 5/5
I am really happy with this gaming chair! Excellent value for money given the materials and build quality of the chair. The design is modern stylish, and matched perfectly with the look I was going for. If I need another gaming chair, I’ll purchase another one of these.

So far, it is comfortable. The seating area is a bit big for me as a woman, but it is okay.
I was looking for something that brings me support on my back and seat during long work hours on my home desk during this quarantine. I enjoy the arm support; it can go up and down; as well as move it side by side depending on how you like to rest your arms.
It is easy to build. It took around 30 min to set all the pieces up.
Let’s see how it goes during the upcoming days at home 🙂

This is my favorite gaming chair I’ve ever used! I finally made the leap from a typical desk chair to this Matrix chair and I’ll never go back. It’s comfortable and cute without being too over the top, and it was super easy to put together. It looks awesome on stream and makes the whole room more fun. Even if you’re not a gamer, anyone who spends more than a few hours at a time at the computer should seriously consider one of these, the head rest and lumbar support feel great. If I could give more stars I would!

I bought this chair for my 10-year-old daughter. She likes the color and design very much when she first time saw it online. It took only 2 days to receive the package. Clear instructions and included tools make assembling easy enough and everything gets done within half hour.
The chair is made from good quality material, feels very smooth. All adjustable parts work well too. It is very comfortable to sit on. For me, the best part is strong back and neck support. For my daughter, the best feature is the chair can recline 180 degree. She thinks it is so cool and she can have good rest without stepping away.
It is a great product. You will love it!

Putting this chair together was a bit of a pain, but I got it done. The chair looks nice and it’s okay comfort wise. If you spend a lot of time in a chair you may want to look elsewhere, but if you only use the chair a few hours a day it’s fine. It reclines way farther back than any chair has reason to. There are three different adjustment options for the chair arms (in/out, forward/back, and up/down). The chair itself does not have a very big range of height adjusts and if you have short legs you will not be able to put your feet on the floor while sitting in the chair even at it’s lowest height.

I’m 6’5 and this chair still fits to the back of my neck (with the bonus pillow support), my hips, and my back. Very sturdy and well made with good metal and leather. It’s also one of the heavier gaming chairs, but nothing serious.
Easy to assemble: 4/5
The manual was a little unclear because I actually thought I was missing 8 screws at first since it was never mentioned that they were already screwed into the seat/backrest. Other than that, it’s no more than a few pieces to snap together in under 15-30 minutes.
Comfort: 5/5
My old chair was a basic office chair from an old office but was still relatively comfy. This chair is something else, I can fall asleep in it and the lumbar support makes me feel warm inside. There was also a coupon for a free headset stand in my box to make my headset comfy. Extra comfort, nice.
For under $180 it’s an amazing chair! I definitely recommend it.
