Despite being the top result when searching for 4k 60hz for this type of cable, will not deliver at this spec. Reached out to customer support and they confirmed max is 30hz.
Noticed only after receiving the cable that it isn’t even listed in the description. I will be returning this. This company could have saved everyone a lot of trouble by just listing the spec. There are adapters and cables that are capable of 4k60hz with comparable prices.

Habe dieses Kabel zur Verbindung meiner Lenovo-Dockingstation mit meinem Fernseher bestellt. Die Verarbeitung des Kabels ist gut, die Form der Stecker (simpel, kantig) finde ich persönlich recht praktisch, da ich kein Fan von umständlich geformten Steckern bin. Ansonsten tut das Kabel seinen Zweck und funktioniert bei mir unter 1920x1080p sehr gut. Würde dieses Produkt weiterempfehlen.

Le câble DP to HDMI est bien. Il donne 4k 60Hz mais un seul bémol. Ont peut juste avoir une image ycbcr 4:2:0. Impossible d’avoir du 4:2:2 et encore moin du RGB 4:4:4. A part ce petit downside, il fonctionne très bien. Un ennuie. Celui que j’ai reçu semble usagé. La boîte a clairement été ouverte, et le fil était mal inséré dans le plastique protecteur. Habituellement ont retrouve des petits capuchons sur les connecteurs pour les protéger mais il y en avait qu’un seul dans ma boite. J’ai eux du mal à le faire fonctionner au début mais maintenant ça fonctionne. En gros, quand même bien.

My graphics card has only one hdmi port and both my new monitors need to be connected via hdmi so this was the solution I needed.
This is an excellent, good quality product and I’m very happy with my purchase.
Only thing is in hindsight it might have been better for me to order the 3 meter version rather than the 1.8 meter one I have. But that was my error not the seller.
I will definitely be ordering Rankie products again. Highly recommended.

Wanted this cable to allow my elderly father-in-law to be able to watch “Downhome” Newfoundland news, which is only available outside the province in a web browser, on his 720p TV rather than sitting at the computer. Luckily his PC is right next to the TV and has a Displayport output, so I hoped this would work for him, and the 6′ lengh was perfect. Connected the PC and TV together and the TV was immediately recognized as a second display (Windows 7, should work fine on later Windows versions too). I had to tell the PC to use the TV for sound output, but after that both video and audio played fine on the TV. Obviously this is not a good test of 1080p and 4K performance, but for this application it fit the bill perfectly. Cord is a little stiffer than I prefer, so I docked it one star on material quality. Can’t comment on durability, I just installed it today.

Nothing wrong with the product, but it only works in one direction (DP computer to HDMI monitor) and I wanted it to work the other way. I never did find what I needed so eventually bought a DP/DP cable.

It’s a nicelnicely packaged cable with protective plastic bits on during transit.
As described it is the length advertised and fits well into the oprprete ports.
Shiny black and smells all new.

Bought this SPECIFICALLY because it said it worked at 4k and i have a 4k tv, great purchase huh? NOPE.
once it arrived i connected it into a display port and into my tv’s hdmi in that i had been using for a while now. it found a signal just fine, great, but then decided it wasnt going to show ANY image at all. i swapped my hdmi ports, i swapped it between all THREE of my display ports and just the same in every single one of them. i then decided to see if it would work in my 1080p monitor and it worked perfectly fine. so i checked my display properties, my drivers, everything and nothing would make it work.
so yeah it’ll work fine if you plug it into something that’s not 4k but will not work with 4k.

I purchased this product 14 months ago. I purchased two cables for each of my two monitors. I went to use my computer this morning my second monitor (with the 10′ cable) reported “no signal”. I tried a bunch of things but didn’t replace the cable, because in 30+ years of computer use, I have never had a cable fail. I’ve had USB cables that needed to be wiped clean from time to time, but never a display cable failure. Finally, I tried another cable and the monitor worked fine. This is not a cable that is in an odd location where it could be subject to damage. It has been in the same location since it was installed. It is so unusual that I cleaned both ends of the cable and reinstalled it. Still nothing. Plugged in the old cable and it worked fine!
Although this cable was reasonably priced, a failure after 14 months is ridiculous.

Cable is working perfectly at this time, I’m using it for my photo/video editing setup, so as of yet, it’s seen limited testing/use. The picture & sound quality is good, displays all resolutions tested, DID NOT TEST FOR 4K, my graphics card is not capable of displaying 4K…
Based on intial impression, I’m 100% satisfied!
Only concern is lifespan, it does appear to be quite thin, and possible minimal protection from interference, maybe one area for Rankie to make future improvements 🙂
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and with Rankie’s exceptional customer service, I would buy without hesitation from Rankie in the future!

This 6 feet DP to HDMI cable was purchased to attach to a 3 way HDMI switch. It works very well if the switch supports 4K, however it seems an older 1080p HDMI switch that I have will not work (all GPU resolution is set at 1080p) with this cable. Connecting directly to monitor works just fine hence this is not an issue for me. So problem may be with the older switch not the cable. However other 3 feet long DP to HDMI cables do not have problems with any HDMI switch. The bottom line is this an excellent DP to HDMI cable delivering good picture quality even at 6 feet.

Strong cable received quality is exactly as per specifications. Length is appropriate for any kind of external device (laptop, Desktop, gaming console etc). Made from high quality material. Easy snap on connector at display port female side. Picture quality is superb. Even while moving the device while connected with HDMi cable doesn’t flicker. Delivery within one day. Initially the product was perfect and worked as advertised but after 3 months of using it to connect my computer to my TV it just randomly stopped working. I went on my computer and could not detect the TV; I tried with a borrowed cable a friend of mine had and confirmed the issue was this cable I bought. Tried other displays to shed all my doubts, so unfortunately I will have to purchase a replacement as my deadline for a return was a month ago.
2 stars because even though it died after 3 months it worked perfectly with clear video (4K @60Hz w/ HDR) and audio for that time period. What a waste, the product has no physical damage, it’s just no longer working.
Day After: Decided to just buy an HDMI cable and a separate DP to HDMI active adapter at a nearby store. That works but doesn’t support HDR sadly… oh well…
