I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and since then I’ve had the worst sleep. My boyfriend and I have both woken up with back pain because the mattress is way too hard. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and gave me options to return or get a refund.
Not a happy customer –
I’ve had this mattress for 4 months. Initially, I really liked it because it had great memory foam and the “spring” like feeling. However, after only 4 months you’ll see in the photos that the middle part of the mattress has started caving in. I am an average sized woman (not overweight in the slightest) and yet this mattress has already started to sink. I am starting to develop really bad back pain as a result of this.
I’ve contacted the seller and they promised they would send a new one. I’m really disappointed in this company, because I’ve only had this mattress for 4 months. I really hope the new one is better and this doesn’t happen again. I’ll be posting an update afterwards. In the meantime, I needed to write a review (never have before on Amazon) to let my fellow customers know.
UPDATE — APRIL 2021
After speaking with Crystli, I received a full refund for the warped mattress. I will be disposing of it soon and will be ordering a new one from elsewhere. Good customer service.

The best night sleep in a very long time and that’s saying a lot because I’m a Hilton’s Honor Client. I would recommend but follow instructions for a great night sleep.

However, after reviewing my order I was delivered an eight inch not a ten in mattress. Uncool. I’m keeping it because there is no way to roll it up to mail back but it isn’t what I ordered and they confirmed!

I have been trying to find a good mattress for a very long time. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and have been through so many beds and toppers it’s ridiculous. I am a side sleeper, but am trying to train myself to sleep on my back. This mattress provides the perfect comfort and support for both positions. It is not too soft and not too firm! For me, it is perfect all through the night. Regardless of how I fall asleep and how I wake up, I am not in pain.
I let it rise for a full 72 hours before laying on it at all and then only slept in the same spot for 3 nights in a row before sleeping in a different spot for 3 nights in a row, and repeating, so it would not pit. So far it has not, even though now I have been sleeping in the same spot for about a month.
It more than fills my bed frame whereas all the other mattresses I’ve had left a 1-2 inch gap between the mattress and the edge of the frame all the way around.
My son got a kick out of opening it and watching it unroll and expand (as many beds as I’ve tried, I’ve seen it before). There were creases for several days that I worried would affect the mattress, but they went away and left perfect comfort throughout the entire surface of the mattress.
I tend to sleep hot, and this mattress has yet to make me wake up hot! It’s not exactly cooling, but it definitely does not retain heat.
I highly recommend it!

The mattress is pretty comfortable and well made. It comes with all instructions and even a tool to cut the plastic that wraps it. The mattress got fully inflated in about 24 hours, which allowed me to start using it right after that period. I got impressed by its quality since the price is lower than all the other options that I found on the internet. I do recommend the purchase and Crystli is certainly the brand I’ll go for whenever I need to buy a new mattress.

I ordered a queen size mattress as I decided to upgrade to a queen size. My mattress came sooner than I expected which was great. Once the bed frame arrived, I assembled it, opened the box of my mattress and put it on the bed…but the mattress was too small. I freaked out thinking I made a mistake in sizes somewhere and after triple checking my orders, it turns out I received a full size mattress instead of the queen size I had bought. I was very angry to be honest but after getting into contact with the company, in less than five minutes after explaining they sent me a full size and I opened the box without knowing, it was great to feel that believed me and immediately issued me a replacement with no problems. The full size mattress was to stay with me as there was no way to return it once it’s out of the box. Soon I received the correct size I ordered with no delay.
Now I’ve been using the full size and let me say, just wow. It’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on and after upgrading from a twin to a full (even though technically I upgraded to a queen) just having the extra space to roll around any way I like is amazing. Because I sleep on both sides, after almost a month the mattress hasn’t sunk or flatten itself out. It’s still very springy, firm, and soft. I’ve even felt a little pain relief from my back and shoulders. It’s also not very heavy either as I can easily move the mattress around when changing the bed sheets. Overall myself, two cats, and a dog are very happy sharing this full size mattress when sleeping and I can’t wait to switch over to the queen size. And even with a full size, every night I’m so excited to go to sleep on my new bed! I highly recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a new one. It’s affordable, it’s very comfy yet firm at once, and the company’s customer service is excellent!

* It’s very comfortable and the top layer is very soft to sleep.

I was afraid to open the box for fear it would jump out like “pandora’s box.” And I would never get it back into a box. Amazon assured me they would help if I had to return it. Finally, I opened the box and to my surprise it moved like it was alive. and uncrulled as I watch it and pulled the plastic off of it. I was pretty amazed.
It is a full size mattress. It feels and looks like any other new mattress. I loved sleeping on it the first night. I am a 5’4′ woman who weighs about 140 lbs and sleeps on my side…with multi-pillows. It was the best night sleep I had in a while. Night two was even better. Thanks

The package delivered very fast in a compact box, which I would never imagine it can fit a queen size mattress. Once we open up the packaging, it grew into a queen size in no time.
The quality of the mattress is very good. We have been sleeping on it for almost a month now, it’s very comfortable. It’s not too soft or too hard. And it doesn’t make much noise when you roll on it. This mattress helped my sleep by a ton.

The mattress is super comfortable. It’s soft and very supporting at the same time. My back doesn’t sink into the mattress like other soft ones but instead this mattress supports my entire body. The mattress’ appearance reveals that it’s very good quality product. It fit my bed frame very well.
The package surprised me when I got it, I couldn’t imagine the queen size mattress could be packed as that small so it is so easy to move it to my bed room on second floor and unpack it right beside my bed. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I bought this one for the cottage because I didn’t want to spend much on mattresses after I paid almost $2000 on the one I have at home, it hasn’t been a year old and neither me nor my wife are able to sleep because of how much pain it causes, however, when we slept on this one though, we actually fell asleep! Now I ordered a king size one for my bed at home and I’m throwing the $2000 in the garbage! Lesson learned, I can buy 4 king size mattresses from this brand and sleep very comfortably for years for the same money I would pay for a “BRAND” name one, bottom line, buy it!

Well I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. I don’t do springs at all, this mattress is really nice. My teen girls have slept on it with no complaints at all. I’ve slept on it and my husband and it is really impressive. We’ve all got a good night sleep. For the price I believe it’s more than fair. We wanted something comfortable and we’ve got it. It’s nice looking as well. It opened up from the box very fast. No smell to it at all! Would definitely recommend (which I already have to friends and family. I would also purchase again if needing another. Thank you
