Big Al –
Recently bought a Vizio home theater system and it came with two satellite speakers. After shopping around, I decided to order these speaker stands from Primecables after checking out the reviews, which were positive. The price is also a factor. These are the least expensive ones I found and I am very happy to have purchased them.
They were easy to set up, my speakers fit perfectly.
I can now enjoy true surround sound thanks to these stands.

I have pretty standard Polk speakers and those were two heavy for this. It comes with weights you attach to the bottom, I believe its 5 lbs. I still use it, I just had to get a bit creative. For example a bottom corner of the base I tucked into the bottom of my floor trim right above the carpet so it doesn’t tip over. What I don’t understand is why not make a wide flat base for better support where the weight is flat on the ground as well. Finally, I had to buy screws for the back of the speakers as the ones provided were not a fit.

Great quality for this price. Package came in perfect shape. Stands ware straight forward to assemble. I mounted Vizio sound bar speakers with provided plastic mount and setup seems to be very sturdy. I did not route wire inside as don’t want to cut Vizio RCA connector, instead tucked in cable behind bar neatly with electrical tape and seems not noticeable as those are rear speakers.

Be sure to check that these will work with your speakers. It looked like they would work, based on buyer’s comments, that they would work with my Vizio SB3651-E6 rear speakers but I had to do quite a bit of modification, including mounting them upside down, to get these stands to work. They look nice, even though I can’t route the wires from the Vizio SB3651-E6 internally, because they have molded connectors that won’t fit inside the speaker stands. If you can make these work for you, these are very nice stands for the price.

So out of the box was impressed how solid they looked. heavy base so no tipping. very easy to assemble, did have the right screw thread for mounting the speaker, but is was too long, ended up using the mount screw that came with the soundbar.
The stands are designed to thread the speaker wire through so they’re hidden, unfortunately the vizio uses RCA connectors so the only way to put the wire through would be to cut and reconnect.

I’ve only had these for a day, so I can’t speak to their durability. What I can say is that they are adequate for my purpose. I used them to mount my BOSE Virtually Invisible 300 rear/surround speakers. I just purchased the mounting plates for the speakers from Bose and they bolted on without any problems.
The stands arrived a little scratched up, but not too bad. The assembly of the stand was easy and straightforward. The speaker mounting platform for the stand is made of plastic, so I’m not sure how durable this will be, especially for people who will mount heavier speakers. Also, the base is small, so heavier speakers may tip the stand.
I ran my speaker wires through the stand, so they’re completely conceiled (see images). However, if you’re planning to use rca cables, this may be a problem as the stands are pretty thin, so the space for running speaker cables is very narrow, which wasn’t a problem for me as my cables for the Bose speakers comes unassembled.
The stand extends to give a speaker listening hight of about 4 feet, which is adequate for rear speakers. For now, based on what I’ve highlighted in my review, I give this product 4/5 stars.

Very nice quality construction. Only issue is that you can’t feed a speaker wire through the stand to hide it if it has a connector on it. Would suggest that this issue is common with most sound bar systems. It would be nice if manufacturer would supply some cheap plastic clips to attach speaker wire to stand for a clean look

The slogan of primecable is ” We make Strong cable”
But they make WEAK stand.
Very bad product in général.
First, this thing is NOT compatible with VIZIO soundbar; it is supposed to be universal.
The cable management is poor… i CANT pass through the wire, inside the support, like described, the hole is to small
Each plastic cap, to adjust the height of the speaker, have broken when I screw them
